Islander Condo # 201 es una unidad de Silver View con vista al este que tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Evite los ascensores con fácil acceso a la planta baja y al estacionamiento a través de las escaleras cerca del condominio. Ingrese a nuestro paraíso tropical convenientemente ubicado para un acceso rápido y fácil a la playa o a su elección de dos piscinas.

La cocina se renovó recientemente con nuevos gabinetes y encimeras de granito, y está totalmente equipada con todas las herramientas para satisfacer sus necesidades de cocina. Reúnase alrededor de la mesa del comedor con capacidad para 6 personas o relájese en la sala de estar para ver el Smart TV de 40 "con Blue Ray. Reproductor y acceso a cable digital. Hay un sofá cama doble disponible para los huéspedes.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una nueva suite con una cama king size y un televisor de 32 "con un reproductor Blue Ray. El baño tiene bañera / ducha combo. El dormitorio de invitados cuenta con 2 camas dobles nuevas y un televisor de 26 "con Roku TV y un X-Box con juegos. El baño de visitas se ha actualizado con nuevas encimeras de mármol y puertas de ducha de vidrio.

Aventúrate en el balcón privado y observa los barcos que entran y salen del puerto a través del paso este o una de las impresionantes puestas de sol que puede ofrecer una noche..

The condo itself is very spacious and beds were very comfortable. It had what we needed( not much) to function for the extended weekend. The view was so picturesque!! We’ve stayed at this location several times and will continue to come back. The added beach chairs and umbrella tops the stay off!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This listing needs updated photos as the furnishings and appliances have been upgraded from what is seen in the photos. That being said, I've been coming to the Islander for 32 years. This unit has been my favorite one. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards are included which we happily used. I loved having breakfast on the balcony every morning because of the ocean view. The unit is next to the stairs so it was very convenient for beach and pool access. We loved our stay in this unit and look forward to returning!

The property was very well kept. The condo was nice and clean. It does need some upgrades. The sofa and recliner need to be replaced, they are not comfortable to sit on, we had to sit on a cushion when sitting on the sofa so we didn't sink into the sofa making it very hard to get up. The hinges in the bathrooms are rusted. I am not being picky but for the price we paid, I would suggest that it's time for the owner to consider updating those few items.

The showers leaked and were very good water pressure and the stove only half worked. The 3rd bed was unable to be used and we had to go buy an air mattress. It is in the perfect location and easy to get in and out of. Overall it was good but was expecting more for the price.

The condo is a little dated on appliances, but the beds were comfortable and the view was amazing. Highway 98 is a little hectic. Easy access to grocery stores, pharmacy & shopping outlets. Restaurants were also close by. Whomever cleaned the condo before our arrival cleaned in a hurry. There were candy wrappers left under the beds, razors left in showers, but was nothing we couldn't take care of because I always re-clean due to my husband's illness. This was our first time to Destin & we will be back and I highly recommend the Islander property! They also have accomadations for someone planning a wedding and room for a reception all in one place.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in need of some overall maintenance. The furniture seemed in pretty bad shape. The showers have a black mold in the tracks and some tiles. There were candy wrappers and chewed gum, assuming left from previous renters in the twin room. Some of the linens on the bed seemed a bit dirty as well. The unit smelled odd, when we got in it was an overwhelming smell of cleaner but after that it almost smelled like a mold smell especially when the kitchen cabinets were opened. The location is great being at the end unit and we had a nice view. Easy and quick access to the beach, having two chairs provided is also great.

Great Vacation!

Everything about the location of this property was perfect! The condo definitely needs an upgrade. The furniture and rugs were stained. Everything was pretty dirty overall. The basics could have been better stocked as far as dish soap, bathroom soap, oil and tin foil for cooking, and small things like that. We had a great stay regardless and would definitely return!

Great week on the beach

My only negative impression of the unit is the condition of the carpet in the bedrooms ..maybe just needs cleaning..otherwise I am very pleased with the unit & would highly recommend it to others..Love the location on the end & accessibility to the stairs & parking lot

Great Location, missing a few things

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come to the Islander several times a year with our family. This is our second time in this unit. We picked it because of the game system, due to the weather being bad. The xbox did not have chargers and was missing one cable. The twin bedroom did not have a tv remote and the master was missing a cable to play movies. We reported these to the front and they let us borrow a hdmi cable for the master. If the unit is going to continue to advertise the gaming system, then they need to provide all the pieces for playing and to make the tv and game system work. The location of this unit is ideal bc it is on the end and you can easily walk down to the ocean and pool. It does not have ceiling fans but they did provide small floor fans for the bedrooms which was nice to have.
