Este condominio de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños en el primer piso está ubicado en el lado del Golfo de nuestra propiedad. Hay una estancia mínima de siete noches para este condominio. Debido a su ubicación central, está a un corto paseo de nuestra playa de arena blanca y las canchas de tenis y la piscina. Esta unidad de esquina es brillante y alegre porque tiene una gran cantidad de ventanas. Para cumplir con el Código de Incendios del Condado de Sarasota, nuestras unidades de dos dormitorios tienen capacidad para un máximo de seis personas. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con dos camas queen size con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 "y hay una cama king size en el dormitorio de invitados con un televisor de pantalla plana de 26". El baño principal tiene una cabina de ducha y el baño de visitas tiene una combinación de bañera y ducha. La sala de estar está equipada con un televisor de pantalla plana de 40 "y todos los televisores cuentan con el servicio FIOS HD TV para su disfrute. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora y una cafetera. El condominio tiene alfombras en los dormitorios y sala de estar con azulejos en el área común. También hay un patio exterior cómodamente amueblado que se proyecta para que usted disfrute con sus amigos y familiares.

All was good except this particular corner unit was not as comfortably furnished as some of our prior rentals and there were several maintenance items that had to be taken care of.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a good time at the Palm Bay Club. We stayed in Condo 124 Club Corner this time. I would not stay in that condo again. Even though the beds were comfortable once you got onto them, getting up on the bed was difficult. The mattress was very high off the floor. I am 5’ 10” but I had trouble getting on it and could not just sit on the edge of the bed. My wife did find a step stool that she used. The couches in the Living Room were not comfortable to sit on. The seat cushions did not offer any support. The couches looked like, and I believe they were Outdoor Patio Furniture. If you are going to ask near top dollar for the condo, it should be furnished with good quality indoor couches since they are the main items to sit on.

Although some furnishings were outdated, the beds were comfortable and kitchen was adequately stocked. We loved all the natural light. ONCE WE FINALLY GOT INTO OUR CONDO WE FOUND OUR ON BATHROOM WALL AND VANITY SPLATTERED WITH BROWN SPOTS. FURNITURE IN THE LIVING ROOM HAS SEEN IT'S BETTER DAYS. COUCH'S PILLOWS WERE ALL FLATTEN AND WERE WORN OUT. WAS DISAPPOINTED IN THE CLEANING!!!WITH THE CLEANERS STILL CLEANING OUR CONDO AT CHECK IN TIME WE THOUGHT IT WOULD'VE BEEN SPOTLESS

The furniture while not unappealing to the eye is old and extremely uncomfortable. 50 cushions do not make up for saggy couches and chairs.2.The beds are ridiculously high - I gather that is why step stools provided.3.The ice machine in the not particularly clean fridge leaks so we simply turned it off.4. The vacuum cleaner needs to be thrown out - it actually spews out any dirt it picks up!5. One dishwasher soap packet - what?! No kitchen cleaner, bathroom soap cheapest and smallest ever and no cleaning spray.Very disappointing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to your facility for over 5 years and was very disappointed in condo 124. It was very outdated. The bathroom still had a rubber mat down and couldn't be removed to clean under it. The shower head didn't work even though we asked maintenance to come look at and they said we were not doing it properly. The sink in the kitchen never had hot water even though maintenance came and said it was hot. We found a dead frog in living area. Dirty styrofoam plate under sofa and it wasn't ours. Screen door was wobly and main door didn't lock right but we made it work. The silk arrangements were dusty and no clock anywhere.

Disappointed with unit 124

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is out of date and needs some serious TLC. The toilet and sink leaked in master bathroom, maintenance had to be called. Both screen doors are broken with screens coming out. Found coins and candy wrappers under/along beds. Carpet has grease stains on it. Curtains have holes and blood stain and are torn off the hooks. Kitchen had very few items in it. Many drawers were empty. Screened in porch was filthy due to when it rains the dirt splatters onto tile since this unit does not have a sidewalk from the back entrance. There are many beautiful places to stay at Palm Bay, unfortunately this is not one of them!

2022 Siesta Getaway

The property was as pictured on the website. We felt it was clean, but fairly dated. The chair cushions around the dining room table have no "cushion" left and they are stained and in need of replacement. The screened sunporch was a nice feature, but we didn't use it because the table and chairs all had a film of brown dirt on them and needed to be cleaned with soap and water prior to using. The Beach was very nice, plenty of lounge chairs, pool was a great temperature but closed at dusk. It would have been nice to go for a nighttime swim. Pickleball was fun, but the racquets are in rough shape. Could use a volleyball for the pool too. It was nice, just not exceptional I guess. We did enjoy our trip and the resort was peaceful which we appreciated.
