Este tercer piso condominio de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños se encuentra en el lado del Golfo de nuestra propiedad. Hay un amplio ascensor que te lleva al tercer piso. Debido a su ubicación central, está a pocos pasos de nuestra playa de arena blanca, las canchas de tenis, la piscina y las barbacoas de carbón. Para cumplir con el Código de Incendios del Condado de Sarasota, nuestras unidades de dos dormitorios tienen capacidad para un máximo de seis personas. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con dos camas tamaño queen y un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 ". El dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama king size con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 ". El baño principal tiene una ducha a ras de suelo, mientras que el baño de visitas tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los elementos que necesita para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora, cafetera y cafetera Keurig. La sala de estar está equipada con un televisor de pantalla plana de 55 "con servicio FIOS HD TV para su entretenimiento. Hay hermosos azulejos en toda la unidad, con alfombras en las habitaciones. Perfect Getaway Location

The property was perfectly described and met all of our needs. The concierge was always quick to respond and the location, with the private beach, was beautiful and easily accessible. We would absolutely recommend this property!

Beach Getaway

Everything we needed was available in the unit and only a short walk to Siesta Key Beach. The only negative was the lack of a functional elevator given that this is a 3rd floor unit and I had recently broken my leg. We did report this and understand the elevators are scheduled for renovation I. The fall.

The washer and dryer in the unit was so nice to have! Suggestions would be to have security there later at night - multiple nights there were people outside past midnight yelling and partying. Also, the drain in the guest bathroom shower was clogged and would back up with dirt when first turning it on. Other than that, it was a great experience.

The owners had good thoughts in how the unit came together. Careful attention has been given to prevent clutter in keeping just the necessary items. Interior decor was very respectable. I would highly recommend the owners replace entry doormat and the kitchen doormat (minor) and/or wash. Possibly, they had been washed, and in the case, replace w/ new ones. Light bulb out in the (2 Queen bath) - minor.

We liked the washer and dryer in the unit until we did the first load of laundry.... not sure what is inside the washer, but it put tiny holes in my pj bottoms and did a number on my bathing suit bottoms. would recommend the owner get the washer checked. The other thing I would recommend is that the management consider allowing housekeeping to give guests garbage bags. We ran out while we were there and when I asked housekeeping cleaning another unit for bags I was told to call the main desk.

Birthday golf getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For my adult son's birthday, we planned a golfing trip to Florida's west coast and chose the Palm Bay Club for our accommodation. (I had stayed at Palm Bay several times in the past and will be returning there with another group of friends in May.) As we had 6 adult males in our golf group, we chose a unit (#166) with the extra bunk beds. About a week prior to our trip, I was informed that this unit had been sold and was no longer available to rent! We were moved to unit #178 which was advertised as having a pullout couch bed. The mattress on that pullout bed was very thin, lumpy, and basically un-sleepable. We had to double up in the queen sized beds which was not at all our plan. Other than this disappointing surprise to the sleeping arrangements, the rest of the Palm Bay Club was very nice and as expected.

Another Great Stay at Palm Bay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Palm Bay several times over the years, in all three locations (i.e., tower, club suite, and bay side). It is a great location with an exceptionally large public beach. The staff is very pleasant and helpful, and the units are nice. I appreciate reviews that let you know the downside of particular units, so you can avoid those units.This unit was very clean, adequately updated, and the furnishings were comfortable--including the living room seating and the beds. The bath and bed linens were plentiful and comfortable. The showers were fantastic, with strong pressure and lots of hot water. The only suggestion I have for the owners is to provide a small cooler for beach/pool use and to purchase some new things for the kitchen including a full set of silverware, a set of knives, a set of plastic dishes, a better wine opener, and some plastic wine glasses for the beach/pool. Those items were in short supply and poor condition. In sum, the unit itself was very nice, but the kitchen was not adequately stocked with items necessary for everyday use.

We had never stayed in the lower buildings at Palm Bay Club (previously stayed in the tower), with that we felt these lower buildings were like an echo chamber and loud. The patio furniture was extremely uncomfortable and worn, needs updated. We did appreciate being able to rent this unit from a Monday to Saturday. Thank you.

Upon arriving the front desk was short with us. We did not get in our room one minute early. Everyone else that arrived had no issues getting in prior. Our dishwasher was broken and bathroom drain was clogged once we did get in. Thankfully the grounds and beach were nice. Otherwise mediocre.
