Este renovado condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños del segundo piso está ubicado en el lado del Golfo de nuestra propiedad. Debido a su ubicación central, está a pocos pasos de nuestra playa de arena blanca, canchas de tenis, piscinas y barbacoas de carbón. Para cumplir con el Código de Incendios del Condado de Sarasota, nuestras unidades de dos habitaciones tienen capacidad para un máximo de seis personas. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con una cama tamaño king con un televisor de pantalla plana de 43 "con servicio FIOS HD TV. El dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas matrimoniales con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 ". El baño principal tiene una hermosa ducha a ras de suelo y el baño de visitas tiene una cómoda bañera / ducha. Ambos baños tienen encimeras de granito y las duchas están equipadas con barras de agarre para su comodidad. La espaciosa sala de estar está equipada con un gran televisor de pantalla plana de 55 "con servicio FIOS HD TV para su disfrute. La cocina tiene encimeras de granito y está totalmente equipada con todos los elementos que necesita para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora, cafetera y cafetera Keurig. El condominio está completamente embaldosado. No views at all. Minimal amenities like paper towels, coffee filters, dishwasher soap, salt&peppers basics in condo ipp check in for a few days. Lovely beach, attentive beach attendants for free chairs. Oven was a challenge..instructions? Not working correctly?

All staff on property were friendly and helpful. View from property wasn’t great. A lot of loud construction that started at 8am. Sounded like a jackhammer was being used in the unit above us, and workers were using guest parking with large vehicles which made getting in and out precarious. Despite these inconveniences which mostly were a result of Helene, The condo is nice and comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves, had a great trip and would visit again. The beach is fantastic. I cannot state this enough.

It was roomy, extrodinarily clean, comfortable beds, plenty of bathroom towels, access to laundry, great location, wonderful staff and beautiful beaches. This property does back up to a neighbor with a pool so it could be a tad noisy with kids periodically but nothing too bad.

Relaxing retreat on the beach

The beach was our favorite spot with beach chairs set up and ready for relaxing. As a note, my husband and I had a mix up with booking. He thought I booked, I thought he booked and just before leaving for our vacation our mistake was realized. The staff at the Palm Bay Club were exceptional in assisting us and helping us with our error. We appreciate their assistance which allowed us to book last minute.

Clean and comfortable condo

My almost 2 year old son, wife, and mom had a nice stay at this condo. It was clean and comfortable to sleep. The patio was a relaxing place to hang when there wasn’t loud construction taking place next door (new condos being built). Overall it didn’t mess with our stay or ability to nap/sleep. The beach is a short walk and it’s amazing because of the privacy factor and the free lounge chairs. The condo had a couple umbrellas which were beyond bad so we bought some new ones and left ours there when we left. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay and I enjoyed the gym, pools, and outdoor hot tub by the bay that is open until 11.

Great location

We loved staying here. Checkin was great as we arrived early and allowed us to check in early as well. Front desk and staff very friendly. Location was great. Wish view from balcony was a bit better but it’s still nice to have morning coffee there. Walk to beach was 5-6 minutes but on property. Parking was available close to our condo. Just wish there were beach towels available. I think we may have used the bath towels for the beach 🙃 and also just a recommendation of at least one sharp knife, and maybe a few cups with tops for the beach. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

First Trip to Siesta and Palm Bay

But our ‘corner’ faced the next building. Very dark in our unit and no view at all other than next property parking lot. Place was clean, nice location on beautiful beach. Easy to use public transportation. Wish there was any type of store or even place to get coffee on property but you make it yourself or travel to find. Would most likely not stay here again but it was ok for this trip.
