Mientras esté en su unidad, tendrá la opción de 2 habitaciones. Un maestro con cama King size en el agua con acceso al balcón, y un invitado con una cama queen size. En la sala hay una cama nido con capacidad para 2 personas, así como un sofá cama. Esta es una unidad de piso 20 con una vista excelente del golfo. Mira uno de los 3 televisores de pantalla plana en el condominio, todos con reproductores de DVD. La cocina está equipada con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Además, Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad está disponible.

: La propiedad cuenta con dos piscinas, dos jacuzzis, bares tiki en el lugar, restaurantes y tiendas en el lugar, sala de ejercicios, piscina para niños, cafetería y heladería, centro de negocios, sala de reuniones, estacionamiento cubierto, puntos de acceso WiFi.

Desde nuestro condominio de lujo, puede caminar directamente a nuestra prístina playa de arena blanca. Diseña y nada en las cristalinas aguas color esmeralda del golfo.

Las comodidades son abundantes, desde interminables extensiones de playas de arena blanca azucarada hasta grandes piscinas de inspiración tropical (una de ellas climatizada), piscina para niños, jacuzzis y gimnasio.

SUS PLANES DE VIAJE:

Vuele directamente a la ciudad de Panamá o cerca de Pensacola. O suba a su automóvil y esté aquí en cinco horas y media desde Atlanta o Birmingham, a cuatro horas y media de Nueva Orleans, y ocho horas desde Tennessee.

Very dirty room

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was very dirty with a very unpleasant smell throughout the condo. The kitchen was very dirty and the fridge was broken, with water spilling everywhere inside it. If you want to ruin your vacation only then do I recommend this room.

Worst Experience Ever

Was without water for 3 1/2 days of our trip. The elevators stopped working multiple times and we was stuck on the 20th floor with a handicapped person for a whole day. There was no communication with the property owners except through the Vrbo messaging app. I left my phone number with whoever was responding to my messages on here multiple times and never got a call back. I understand there are things that are out of peoples control that happens on trips but to act like you have no idea what is happening after we had spoken to another owner that told us the hoa had sent out information to all owners about what was going on and then ask me what was happening is unacceptable. They also said we would receive a discout and we still havent received reimbursement of whatever discount they claimed we would get. Overall the condo was ok there is some black mold outside on patio at the door that needs attention and taken care of and none of the televisions would work luckily we brought our kids Playstation and could stream tv from it. If we didnt have the water & elevator issues and televisions that worked it would've been a decent stay. The mold is a real safety hazard that needs to be addressed sooner than later. Communication was the biggest issue I couldnt get Emerald Coast Destinations to contact me at all by phone still havent received any phone call from anyone to talk to me about the issues we had on our vacation. I will never book another vacation with ECDI ever again!

Great for a family vacation

We had such a great time vacationing here. Plenty of space for a family of 5. Nice pool, easy access to beach, beautiful view, and access to parking garage. The only complaint is no extra toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom) or trash bags (1 per trash can) were provided. We had to go purchase extra, because there was no way to contact a housekeeper. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

Not what listing shows

This property is very outdated. Sofa is not comfortable to sit on. We could never sit in the living area. TV’s not easy to work. Hot water would go out after 2 showers. We would have to wait for 30 minutes for the hot water to heat back up. Toilet seat in the main bathroom would slide when sitting on it. Refrigerator was freezing up. All of our stuff had ice on it. Stove had duct tape on the bottom. I wouldn’t recommend this unit to anyone u til it is updated!

Perfect family vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Panama! The condo and resort was very clean. The condo truly has the BEST view. We watched the beautiful sun set every single night. Stocked with all of your needs. Pool and hot tub were very clean. Staff was friendly. The location was perfect. We highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.

Our Iowa Get A Way

The Pros: Roomy with sleeping area for six. Nice master bath walk-in shower. Kitchen was stocked pretty well.View from the 20th floor is great. The pool area was kept very clean and security checked for wrist bands so there were no intruders. The Cons: Refrigerator had broken shelving which made it difficult for storage. No smart TV so we could not watch any shows we subscribed to. The living room furniture is in need of replacing. All in all it was a good experience.

Did not meet expectations: disappointed

We stay at Grand Panama every year around Thanksgiving and love the location and the property. This year we were disappointed in the condition of the rental. Overall the view is spectacular from the 20th floor but the unit was very dirty upon our arrival. It did not appear that the floors or bathroom had been cleaned. A dip can and spit was located in the guest bedroom, floors and furniture had quite a bit of dust and dander and bathrooms were dirty. There is mold in the bathroom showers, garbage cans had dried substances all inside of them (had not been even rinsed or wiped down). In addition several light bulbs were out (one in master bedroom, all hall Way lights/entry lights, bunk area, & light in the kitchen were out. I contacted the host through the app and was told that lights would be delivered but they never arrived. Kitchen is not adequately stocked with cookware and the dishwasher had to be run multiple times to release the soap/pods. Overall we were disappointed in the condition of the unit. Renters pay a fee for cleaning, but it does not appear that the unit is cleaned at all. Living room furniture is is poor condition and VERY uncomfortable. Really needs to be replaced. The guest bed is AMAZING and seems it has been replaced recently. Overall we made the best of it. If you can get past the uncleanlinesses the unit is fine for a short getaway. It is not ideal for a long stay. It’s unfortunate because the property is lovely and this unit has such potential.

Family Condo Vacation Review

Overall, the condo could use some upgrades. The furniture and beds were not comfortable at all, the TVs didn't operate properly, and the lighting was adequate, as well as quite a few lights not even working. This condo could definitely use a decent remodel to ensure the comfort of its customers moving forward.

The rental was in a great location, with an awesome view. However as far as the unit itself, the television located in the living room was limited to one Chanel (chanel 43) I changed the batteries in the remote, but it still didnt work. Light fixtures had either missing bulbs or bulbs that didn't work. The tubs, showers, and sinks had loose hair. I do understand that there would be (some) sand inside the unit, but sand was found on furniture, footstool, couch, and bed slider. I felt like it was necessary to clean prior to unpacking. While sweeping and wiping countertops I discovered mildew on the shower curtain in the guest bathroom and on the patio drapes. Also, under the bed in master bed room, is a lot of dust/dirt and pistachio shells. A few of the dishes in the cabinet didn't appear to have been clean, but put up dirty. I do

UNSAFE

Not only was there black mold in the unit but when you check in, the sink is being held up by a tea pitcher and rags… doesn’t give a good impression. I messaged the property manager but they didn't communicate with me. I feel even more unsafe when I come back to the condo after dinner and see that someone has been in our condo without any communication and left a bag of wet toilet paper on the counter. Not only was there no communication about them wanting to enter the condo but when I messaged them all they said was “It won’t happen again”. It should have never happened in the first place!! This isn't a hotel. Cleaning/maintenance shouldn’t come in whenever and definitely not without communication. We have small kids and this made us feel even more unsafe. I would never rent this place again. Worst experience we have ever had. After talking with some other couples that were staying in the same building, it is rented out by different companies and Emerald Coast Destinations is one I would stay away from! Apparently, we weren't the only ones with this same issue!!

Will book again!!

Amazing room. The check-in process is simple; just make sure you read the directions on your check-in email. The security was fantastic. They are patient and extremely helpful. I can not say enough about them. Remember to watch where you park; they do enforce towing. Everything is pretty much in walking distance. The in house bar is amazing. The whole place was pretty clean for the most part, we did have to clean our room when we first arrived. The only real complaint I have is the elevators take forever.

You need a Kuerig! Also, I got a warning on my car that was parked in the garage. I had registered my car the unit has beautiful views. I have stayed at Grand Panama before and will again.
