¡La construcción acaba de completarse en mayo! La casa está ubicada directamente frente al parque frente a la playa a lo largo del río Shark. Aléjese de la puerta de su casa en la zona de Belmar Marina, que alberga mini golf, barcos de alquiler de pesca, alquiler de kayak / stand-up paddleboard y restaurantes junto al agua. Vistas al mar desde el porche delantero envolvente y una de las mejores puestas de sol en la costa! Gran camino de entrada con un montón de espacios de estacionamiento y también muy cerca de Main Street, la estación de tren de Belmar y Garden State Parkway.

Great beach rental

Had a lovely time at this Belmar beach rental. The place was clean, owners were welcoming and I appreciated having three parking spots for family.

Wonderful weekend with family

Great location in a house with a great view of the water. The house is clean and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy company. The parking is stress free and super convenient. Could not have had a better accommodation this weekend.

Great girls beach getaway

From the start Ryan our host was top notch with communication. He was very helpful once we arrived with being accessible for a ques. The house was spacious, clean, well stocked with the necessities. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Walking distance from restaurants/shops too.

Great family getaway

Ryan and Kelly's home was perfect for a family getaway/reunion at the beach. Great location, right by the beach and town, easy to get anywhere. House was clean and spacious, easy for a couple toddlers to run around and play together (park a block away was a plus). Ryan and Kelly also responded to any questions rather quickly and were very helpful. Belmar is a great beach town, check jt out and stay here if you can!

Perfect little getaway

Stayed comfortably with a group of 8 during NYE and the property was perfect for us! Very clean and loved the open concept of the living area. It was very nice to gather everyone together and there be enough space. Thank you Ryan!

Lovely beach house

We stayed for a week over Christmas while visiting family. The house is very, very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The owner is communicative, and although we had no issues, I’m sure he would be responsive if any problems were to occur. The house is across from a playground and the swimming beach. It’s a short walk to Main Street and all of the restaurants and shops. Walkable to the beach although it would be a trek for young kids. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for a great stay!

Great stay in Belmar

This house was beautiful, extremely clean, and the owners were very easy to contact when needed. Check in was a breeze. We were bummed we could not enjoy the surrounding area as it was cold and rainy for most of our stay but it is a short drive to Six Flags Great Adventure, which is why we picked it. The road it is on is very busy, which would be our ONLY complaint as it’s pretty noisy at night with the cars going by. However, this would not deter us from booking this property again in the future. Great stay! Thanks Ryan!

New Jersey Wedding

we had a family wedding to go to in New Jersey and none of us had ever been. So we decided to go for some extra time. We were so happy that we did. We had the experience of what New Jersey life is all about.The place we stayed was perfectly located for what we wanted. The house had all of the things we needed and more. we were able to sit in the nice big room to visit together and just a short walk to pick up bagels which we had heard are very good in New Jersey. I would have to agree they were awesome. We were able to go walk the boardwalk they were plenty of restaurants that we could go to that were right on the water.we really enjoyed our stay thank you for your hospitality.

I grew up at the Jersey Shore and enjoy hosting vacation rentals in Belmar, where I like to help guests make great memories in the town that I love. With the help of my fiance Kelly and our dog Dubs, we work hard to make sure that all of our guests will have a welcoming, comfortable, safe, and enjoyable experience. We also have local support from cleaning crews, handymen, friends, family, and neighbors to help make sure that this happens. I am happy to answer any questions or concerns, provide recommendations, and help make your visit to the Shore unforgettable.

In my free time, I enjoy all that the Belmar area has to offer. Every summer, I organize a “kayak bar crawl” that visits all of the waterside bars along Belmar’s Shark River and raises money to support coastal conservation of the Jersey Shore. I am a proud member of the Friendly Sons of the Shillelagh of the Jersey Shore, an Irish-American organization that does some incredible community service work in the local area and is home to the greatest bar in Belmar! I work in New York City and I am also interested in expanding my real estate investments in the Belmar area.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This home is in a very unique location for Belmar. In the past few years, the Belmar Marina area has gained popularity as park spaces, waterfront walkways, fishing piers, and new bars and restaurants have opened up along the Shark River. 9th Ave Pier and Marina Grille have been a big hit, where you can enjoy a waterfront drink while watching the beautiful sunset. Fishing charter boats, mini golf, parasailing, kayak/stand-up paddleboard rentals are also available in this area. The home is still close to Main Street and roughly one mile to the ocean. As an alternative to the ocean, there is also a free beach along Shark River directly across the street from the home.
