Este condominio en el primer piso, completamente renovado, de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, está ubicado en el lado del Golfo de nuestra propiedad. Está a un corto paseo de nuestra playa de arena blanca, las canchas de tenis y la piscina. Para cumplir con el Código de Incendios del Condado de Sarasota, nuestras unidades de dos dormitorios tienen capacidad para un máximo de seis personas. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con una cama king size con un televisor de pantalla plana de 40 "y hay dos camas queen en el dormitorio de invitados con un televisor de pantalla plana de 40". La sala de estar de gran tamaño está equipada con un gran televisor de pantalla plana de 55 "con todos los televisores con servicio de FIOS HD TV para su disfrute. Ambos baños tienen hermosas encimeras de granito y tienen duchas. La cocina tiene encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y está totalmente equipada con todos los elementos que necesita para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora, una cafetera Keurig y una cafetera de 12 tazas. El condominio está completamente embaldosado. También hay un patio exterior cómodamente amueblado para que disfrute con sus amigos y familiares.

Complex was great. Beach within steps, very spacious condo with comfy furniture, two pools, hot tub, very clean, great location! Security and staff were very friendly and helpful.

We love The Palm Bay Club. We stay here every summer and haven’t stayed in a unit yet that wasn’t well kept. The unit was clean and organized. Supplied sufficiently to make your stay feel like home. We had some difficulty with after hour check in with our door code not working but security was prompt in assisting. The following morning it was promptly addressed. Beach is a few steps away and property is in great location right down the road to the local village with dining and shopping, We will be back next summer for sure. Already booked our stay! Thank you for another great vacation! Until next time!!

The condo was clean and spacious, and the updated bathrooms and kitchen were an added bonus. The property had everything we needed - fitness center, pool, and maintained beach with chairs and loungers provided. The condo was right next door to the tennis courts and pool, and the beach was just a 3-minute walk.

Nice place, great time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very easy to check in, the staff was great. The condo was very spacious and welcoming. The staff and security personnel at the beach were great a shout out to Cooper!! The only downside with the beach was not being able to rinse off your feet when you left the beach/sand. The faucet didn't work for your feet and the shower head barely came out. I know it seems picky but the resort asked us to keep sand to a minimum and being able to rinse our shoes/sandal/feet would of helped. I informed the front desk but in the week we were there nothing got fixed.

Reviewer Comments: The windows from the kitchen and living room look into the carport and there was construction next door on every weekday (not in Palm Bay’s control). It didn’t matter, we felt that we still got good value out of the condo. We originally were hesitant about renting because of the distant from the beach. However, we found our selves using the pools, pickleball courts and hot tub more than the beach anyway. It was clean and spacious. We had a great time and would rent the same unit again. The complex is gorgeous and the staff helpful and friendly. This is our 3rd stay at Palm Bay.

Awesome location terrible bed

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great overall layout and decor of room . The room is also very spacious The location is great . I have been coming to the Palm Bay club for over 20 yrs and most of the rooms have been nicely renovated including 120 . I feel that the stretch of beach that the Palm Bay club is on is one of the best locations on siesta key. However the master bedroom mattress in 120 was horrible. My wife and I woke up everyday with a sore back from the mattress. It had huge dips in it. It was really disappointing to be on vacation for 9 days and not be able to get a decent night of sleep because of a mattress. Also the kitchen seemed to be lacking basic cooking utensils. There was not even a spatula to flip sandwiches were warming up in a skillet on the cooktop. They also used to include a midweek cleaning If you stayed for over a week. In which they would give you fresh towels. They have not reduced the price but have eliminated the mid week service . Therefore we had to wash the towels ourselves This was aggravating and seemed very petty for the overall cost to rent the unit.

I have a great experience in this place, the apartment is amazing, pretty clean and spacious, all kitchen utensils included, plates, glasses, cups, silverware, pans, pots, beach toys, table games, umbrella, canopy, beach car, towels, pretty nice for big groups, I loved the distance to the beach, I don’t have to move my car because is everything on it. I recommend it a 100% . The only thing is it allow 1 car for apartment which is not enough for a 6 persons property taking on mind that could be 2 different families but fortunately the receptionist was very helpful and we find an space to park the second car. I will come back, I like the price and the quality of this property. Thank you!

Thank you for the lovely review. In regard to the parking policy our 1 and 2 bedrooms can have 1 car only and our 3 bedrooms may have 2. We can try to accommodate for an additional car. During peak holiday times we cannot guarantee additional parking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1) Construction At Beach House property. Workers pounding away from 7am-5pm daily + loud latino music2) Palm Bay no longer provides weekly free maid service. You have to pay for it. Would have been nice to have gotten a heads up about this before check in.3) Now washers & dryers require an app on your cell phone to use them. Wi-Fi was very touchy in the laundry room. Come on. Give us a heads up before the day of check in. 4) No ceiling fans anywhere in the unit.5) Extremely uncomfortable couches in the living room.6) Beds in the front bedroom were not comfortable.7) Price has greatly increased for your units over the past couple of years plus additional fees.8) Though I would likely recommend this property to others, and we have stayed here for multiple years, we likely won't be back anytime soon given the increasing prices and the worsening traffic.

Lots of updates, very clean and kitchen has pretty much everything you need. Location is a longer walk to the ocean which is still close by. Closest unit to the pool. The only thing that bothered us was the thermostat would not allow to take the A/C under 69 per the owner's parameters. It was very hot to sleep the first few days. Note: there was construction on the building directly next door. The cranes were literally right on the other side of this unit's back patio.

Excellent!

Tammy’s unit is great! Clean and incredibly spacious. Has a great little back patio area for an additional spot to relax. Magnificently clean, well stocked with basic kitchen needs and 3 great beds (King, Queen, Queen). Would love to stay here again!
