Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Beachcrest for many years and continue to stay because we have such a good experience. The condos are always clean and well equipped. I love sitting in the balcony every morning watching the sun rise over the buildings and watching the beach activity while I read a good book. We will be going back!

Beautiful views and perfect location

Nice place overall right on beach

Overall good experience communication was a little bit and miss towards getting there kept getting emails that said call a number for any assistance then when I called with questions told me to reach out to someone else. Not a huge deal it all worked out but only having my a single rolling TP with 4 adults was a poor way to save money. Once again all worked out and these are small things but when you are paying a premium price don’t want to worry about having TP. Would recommend stay just read fully description plan accordingly and enjoy the beach

Wonderful Stay

The unit was just as you saw it online. Very clean and well equipped kitchen.There were starter kits for the bathroom and kitchen. ie. detergent, soap, toilet paper ect. The view is exceptional! We went at Christmas and had bad weather for a few day. Rainy and chilly. We went to the pool a few days. Since it was off season there were no beach chairs. We found out that we could rent them the day before we left. So we just stayed at the pool. Parking was good and there were restaurants that were close. We definitely recommend it.

Beautiful Gulf Front Location!

The complex grounds is well maintained, and property management was very responsive to all questions and concerns. We have stayed at Beachcrest several times, and would highly recommend. Very nice condo and location

We had a lovely stay at this unit. The ONLY issue we had was someone from a previous stay had damaged the toaster. I reached out to report the damage and was told I would hear back from someone but we never did. The only other minor issue was a strange smell and the ceiling paint is peeling in a couple of the rooms. I’m pregnant so my nose is VERY sensitive so it could have just been me. None of our other guest ever mentioned the smell. Other than that, beds were comfortable, location was great, access to pool and beach were easy.

We only had 1 issue with our stay- the condo was advertised with 2 twin beds in the guest room, and when we arrived it only had 1 full bed. You may want to update your pictures online so others are not misled like us. Thankfully we were able to work around this, but had we known we would have booked another condo that actually did have 2 beds.

Reviewer Comments: Beachcrest has become a favorite of ours due to quiet and convenient location in an otherwise bustling area.Unit 601 is beautifully redone with "current" decor overall. The master bed was very comfortable as well as the sofas. There are some cleanliness issues such as black mold gunk in the bathroom sink faucets (don't drink!) and drain stoppers; the bathroom exhaust fans were so clogged with lint they barely worked; and you have to maneuver the front door deadbolt quite a bit if you want security. These items may or may not matter to you but be aware. (We did not notify Benchmark during stay about any of this as we didn't want to deal with maintenance in/out of the unit during our stay so we cleaned things as best we could for our purposes.)There are not twin beds in room #2, as advertised. No matter to us but might matter to you. It's one bed.Finally, the Vacayzen "benefit" has been a bust for us two years in a row now. They deliver bikes, one of two doesn't work, Vacayzen doesn't care and won't address. Hopefully Benchmark can influence their practices since you don't seem to have much option in how to use the allowance. Would be great if you could simply decline and have a credit to your stay or for use at a nearby restaurant or something of that nature.

Great Location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and ease of parking were great, check-in was seamless. The unit looked nice, kitchen was well-stocked with equipment, furniture was comfortable. I was surprised that the unit wasn't a bit cleaner since it was at the very beginning of the summer vacation season. Our biggest issue is that the unit smelled terribly of mildew/mold and a black substance was visible in the vents. I grabbed someone in the on-site office one day who came up and validated the smell and sprayed something in the vents. However, it didn't work and attempts to contact Benchmark led to nothing (called and spoke to someone who placed a ticket; I also texted their service number). The balcony was really nice and had plenty of space for us; we really enjoyed sitting and enjoying the water view! This room is right over the pool, but we didn't notice excessive noise from that. I would definitely stay in the BeachCrest building again.

Perfect condo

This has absolutely been our favorite condo we have ever rented in seagrove. We come every year, but had never stayed in this building before. Biggest perks are complimentary beach chairs, umbrella, and 2 parking spots. We really enjoyed how spacious and nicely decorated/updated the condo was.

The sunsets were spectacular! The heated pool was directly below us so watching our family enjoy the pool was easy. We were located within walking distance of town and many delicious places to eat. The unit was very quiet too. Any issues we had were taken care of immediately. I highly recommend Benchmark and BeachCrest.

Fabulous week at BeachCrest 601

Our grandson was with us and enjoyed the convenience of the pool and beach. We were close to restaurants, fish market, beach shopping etc. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. Plenty of towels and loved having beach chairs set out for us daily. We have stayed at BeachCrest for two years in a row and would go back.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment looked great. It seems the floors had just been done. It had everything we needed. The comforters in the second bedroom could use replacing. The condominium building, however, left a lot to be desired. It’s really gotten run down. Construction at the pool for entire stay. Elevator was filthy. A piece of cheese was on the ground of the elevator the entire week were there. Busy time of year at seaside with lots of kids. I would have expected the building to be better equipped during spring break. The manager of the condo accused our kids without proof of throwing soda cans over the balcony. She later apologized, but that was totally uncalled for. I was at the condo and know they did not do that. Over all, the u it was great and the condo was run down. Still a good location, though!
