Tendrá unas vistas absolutamente increíbles desde su balcón privado del piso 12. Ven a un lugar con arena blanca como el azúcar y agua esmeralda y disfruta de una diversión ilimitada. El | El | Este condominio fue recientemente renovado y cuenta con nuevos gabinetes de cocina, encimeras de granito, una hermosa placa para salpicaduras de vidrio y todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Tiene un escritorio de computadora con una salida de carga USB y parlantes de música blue tooth para su iPod e IPHONE. El | El | Hay baños renovados, con ducha a ras de suelo en el baño principal y bañera / ducha en el baño de visitas. Las habitaciones tienen muebles nuevos y muebles con una cama king en el dormitorio principal y una cama queen en el dormitorio de invitados, ambos tienen portaequipajes para su conveniencia. What a great location! A very comfortable spot with almost everything you need. My only suggestion would be to have more kitchen equipment. No baking sheets .We will definitely be back

1201 wonderful unit. BeachCrest has been my rental destination the past three years. Wonderful location in Seagrove and right on the beach. This unit was exceptionally clean. The furnishings, paint colors and whole aesthetic really works well together - it’s a soothing place to stay. The kitchen appliances are updated. I stayed in the master. The bed was very comfortable. It’s such a nice thing to stay in a place with a comfortable bed. And as I’m sure other renters have commented, the “included” umbrella and 2 beach chairs are a fantastic added benefit. The only “issue” I have (and I think I may have been responsible as I opened the sliding glass door when I arrived) I noticed that there were a few flies and ladybugs on the walls and ceiling. I then realized that when I opened the sliding glass door, I had not shut the screen to the porch. After I started shutting the screen door there were no more issues with flies or ladybugs. So, I think that was probably on me, but I wanted to mention it. Great place. I’ll definitely be returning to BeachCrest. Keep up the good work and you’ll have loyal customers like me coming back each summer.

I could see us returning

We enjoyed the unit and the property. It was our first time staying in Santa Rosa and we will go back to check out all the places we didn’t make time visit. Nothing to complain about honestly. Bed was a little soft for us but just because we prefer firm. The unit was nice. Just your average wear and tear after a long summer.

The bed however looked like it was just made up from the last guest and you could tell someone had been sitting on it. We washed the sheets before we slept in the bed. Hair all over the shower walls and on the base boards. Not sure the place had been cleaned real good in a while. The location was great, water was perfect and the umbrella and chairs were nice.

High level view!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Quiet (top corner of building), lovely beach view, nicely decorated condo. Long ride to 12th floor in a muggy elevator but tolerable. We did not use the pool but the beach access and area was very nice. Go out as soon as the person is setting out chaises if you want a front row to the water (7-7:30 am). Benchmark sent numerous communications, which were informative. Phoning them might provide quicker answers, if you have questions, than email. There were some things missing from the condo…pillowcases for 4 pillows, the top for the blender. Some supplies provided but only 1-2 (TP, paper towels, garbage bag, dishwasher pod, etc). Overall we did enjoy our stay and would consider a return!

Vacation

Overall cleanliness was substandard. Oven was extremely dirty. Furniture is old and living room and second bedroom carpet was old and needs to be replaced. We found the dryer vent to be FULL of lint and a fire hazard along with the air vents. The management cleaned the dryer and air vents as soon as we brought the concerns. The view from our condo was amazing and right on the beach. TVs and internet worked well. Next time I would consider looking for an upgraded condo on this property or a totally different property.

When I asked for one hour early check in and they wanted to charge me $65 which is absolutely ridiculous. I didn’t get $65 or more back for checking out early!! That just made me mad to start off. I’ve been coming to the area for 20 years and no one has ever done that. So no I would never leave benchmark again. The condo was OK. I guess. The bed was hard the bathroom tiny in the shower did not drain well. The location is great though.

Great location, great views, but the condo needs some improvements

This was our second time to stay at these condos. We love the views and easy access to the beach. Seaside and the surrounding communities are a great place for making memories with family and friends. Overall, our interaction with the management company was great. When we reported some issues with the unit, we received a quick reply from them. However, while the service people onsite fixed some, they were not able to repair all of the problems. We got the overall impression that there was no thorough check of the unit to ensure things were working properly. For example, there were burned out light bulbs throughout the unit; the fan in the bathroom was broken; the dryer had huge balls of lent which must had to be accumulating for weeks. There were more minor issues, but you get the point. We could live with that, but could not accept the worn out furniture in this unit. The entire living room furniture, dining table seats and bedroom mattresses have definitely seen their better days. It would greatly benefit the owner of this unit to reinvest some of their profits back into the furniture. While the view is priceless, it is diminished by the quality of the furnitire. Also, while we didn't report it, there were a few roaches in the unit...one was alive, the other dead. May have been due to the heat, but still not sure how they managed to climb up 12 stories! Ha. So..it could use a good fumigation as well. I'm not trying to bash this unit...overall we had a great time in Seaside...just wish our stay here was more comfortable and up to our standards. We frequently stay in bnb's and have enjoyed almost every one of them. Don't let this discourage you from this unit..it still has the great and awesome views. And hopefully now, the owner and management property will address these issues so the next person can enjoy a more pleasant stay.
