Ubicado en la tranquila comunidad familiar de Seacrest Beach, cerca de la famosa Rosemary Beach, Florida, y a solo 6 millas de Seaside. Blue 9 es un pequeño complejo con solo nueve casas urbanas ubicadas directamente en el Golfo de México.

Esta es una casa adosada de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños frente al golfo. En el segundo piso se encuentra el dormitorio principal King del frente del Golfo con balcón privado para disfrutar de la vista panorámica del hermoso Golfo de México con un televisor inteligente y cable de 42 '' y además un dormitorio King de invitados del segundo piso con baño privado.

La habitación del primer piso con dos literas dobles sobre futón completo, esta habitación tiene un televisor inteligente de 40 '' para alquilar películas a través de Netflix (sin cable). Puedes ir directamente desde la puerta trasera de esta casa a la playa. Esta casa tiene un patio cubierto para su disfrute, con un patio de madera adicional que se extiende a lo largo de la propiedad.

Esta zona residencial de playa ofrece a las familias una escapada de vacaciones especial, pero está cerca de excelentes tiendas y restaurantes. El carril bici corre justo en frente de la propiedad. Blue Nine es un complejo libre de humo sin fumar dentro o alrededor del edificio, patio, bancos y escaleras a la playa..

Rude response from the rental agency staff member when we complained - passing the buck to the homeowner etc.

Great time at the blue 9 #2

Kitchen was stocked with all tools needed even large pan for shrimp boil. Downstairs room got a little warm at night but there were box fans in the closet we used. The out door furniture was rusted with 1 chair broken but the indoor was updated and had everything we needed.

The order was places back in 2020 but due to the supply chain issues it just took longer to receive. We have enjoyed coming down to Seacrest and love the location of Blue 9! We hope to return next year. One suggestion I didn't mention earlier in my check out, you might have printed and laminated instructions for the technologically challenged renters on exactly how to use the living room television. Then patio furniture is old and rusting out, unfortunately during our stay 2 of the chairs broke as one of the ladies was sitting in it (not a large lady, and just sitting at the table enjoying a cocktail waiting for the sunset).

The kitchen has a great assortment of cookware and gadgets. The sliding glass door is very sturdy and could use a new handle. My guess is just the weight of the door has worn the handle. Definitely Interested in this unit next year.

Unit 2A at the Blue Nine is exceptional

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean condo with a great beachfront view. I love that I can take about 20 steps and I am at the beach. The condo looked to have been renovated based upon our past stays. They did a great job.

Perfect getaway

Great location on the beach away from the crowds - never had to fight for a spot but close enough to grocery store and restaurants.
