Ubicado en el corazón de la tranquila comunidad familiar de Seacrest Beach, ¡ha llegado a su "hogar lejos del hogar en la playa"! Una vez dentro de esta encantadora casa frente al mar enclavada en las arenas blancas azucaradas con vista a las aguas color esmeralda de 30A, inmediatamente sentirá que ha regresado a casa. Ofrece impresionantes vistas del Golfo de México desde ambos pisos y una paleta interior de decoración ligera e informal con un toque de atractivo náutico.

Un patio cubierto para su disfrute con un patio de madera adicional que se extiende a lo largo de la propiedad para su disfrute relajante al aire libre. Camina directamente desde la puerta trasera de esta casa de pueblo hasta la playa de arena. Estará encantado de que no haya condominios de gran altura cerca para abarrotar su acceso privado a la playa.

La casa adosada puede alojar cómodamente hasta 7 personas. Los arreglos para dormir son (1) King en el piso superior principal, (1) Cama Queen en la habitación de invitados de la planta baja, y (1) Litera Full-Twin plus (1) cama individual en la habitación de invitados de la planta superior. Hemos hecho todo lo posible para que Harmony Beach sea su "hogar lejos del hogar" ... ¡en la playa! Blue 9 es un pequeño complejo con solo nueve casas urbanas ubicadas directamente en el Golfo de México.

Esta es una casa adosada de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños frente al golfo. En el segundo piso se encuentra el dormitorio principal King del frente del Golfo con balcón privado para disfrutar de la vista panorámica del hermoso Golfo de México con un televisor inteligente y cable de 42 '' y además un dormitorio King de invitados del segundo piso con baño privado. La habitación del primer piso con dos literas dobles sobre futón completo, esta habitación tiene un televisor inteligente de 40 '' para alquilar películas a través de Netflix (sin cable). Puedes ir directamente desde la puerta trasera de esta casa a la playa, así que ven a disfrutar de la vida en la playa.

Wonderful beach house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rental management company was easy to work with and the house is everything described in the post.If your goal is to be able to wake up and look at the ocean, you should stay here.If you’re looking for a roomy beach without big crowds, you should stay here.If you want to have a house that you can walk to the beach in about 45 seconds, you should stay here!We will be booking again!

Great place on the beach

Nice place on the beach, convenient to shops and restaurants. We had a great stay! The only suggestions I would make is a ceiling fan on the balcony to stir a breeze when there isn’t one, and a caution about using 3 appliances at once in the kitchen (a circuit breaker was thrown and we had quite a hunt for the circuit box!) Overall I give this place a thumbs up!

Location location location

Our stay was great! Right on the beach! A short walk down the stairs and toes were in the sand. It was 2 minute drive to “The Hub”, a great family hangout. The drives to rosemary beach’s me seaside were also pretty fast. Would not recommend a golf cart at this location just due to the only drive would be to the Hub, all others a vehicle would be a bettter choice

None of us had been to 30A for a stay and we found plenty of things to do in the near areas from pontoon boating in Destin to Crab Island to playing putt putt and going to Alys Beach for coffee and shopping. The water and sunsets were amazing. Our house was full of amenities and just right for our family. There were many things we didn’t get to do so a trip back is certainly on our list of things to do!

Reviewer Comments: I wish I could upload the photos I sent when I reached out to the property management company. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed HUNDREDS of bugs in the rental. Yes, they are swarming. However, they were getting in through the sliding doors upstairs. Bugs all over the linens, pillows, bed, curtains, absolutely everywhere. It wad disgusting. Property management inspector AND maintenance came out. Did NOTHING. I gave them the chance to make this right prior to leaving this horrible review but they failed to do so. Maintenance told us the glass doors needed to be resealed and replaced, wasn’t a solution during our stay that would impact our experience with the bugs. Never again!

The insects you encountered were love bugs, which are a natural and seasonal occurrence in our area and, unfortunately, beyond our control. Even so, our inspector did stop by to remove the excessive bugs, and our maintenance team also came out to check the sliding doors for sealing concerns. They determined that the doors would need to be resealed to help prevent love bugs from entering; however, this was not a repair that could be completed during your stay. We understand how frustrating this must have been and apologize that we were unable to resolve the matter to your satisfaction while you were here. Please know that your comments are taken seriously, and our team is reviewing ways to minimize the impact of seasonal love bugs for future guests. Warm Regards

Nice Property--Management company not great

Very lovely condo in a great location. Beach is beautiful. End unit is perfect. Benchmark Management is not great. VERY stingy on towels, no washcloths and told us no when we asked for more. Lots of texting during visit but reply number did not work and link to rebook was broken. Unit could be cleaner. They did not move anything when they vacuumed. Dusty and found trash under beds, under tables, and behind sofa.

Ability to easily walk back up the stairs to go to the bathroom is a huge convenience.Negative: The condo really needs to be updated. I thought I was on the set of Golden Girls. Hasn't been painted in a long time. The ceiling has a lot of water stains. Bathrooms are in pretty bad shape. On the bright side, the couch, refrigerator and dinning room table were new.In summary, if this condo was updated with new bathrooms, nicer kitchen and updated decorating, it would be a jewel.

Overall, great stay; just inconveniences from repairs

My sisters, mom & I had an absolutely wonderful long weekend stay here overall. We watched the sunset over the beach every night while eating dinner & enjoyed the location of being between seaside & rosemary communities. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there were three different issues that needed to be fixed that should have been fixed before our arrival (but I suppose the last guest didn’t report the issues & therefore the maintenance team didn’t know to fix them?) The air conditioning, the ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom, & the button to start the dryer were all In need of repair, so I called to have them fixed, but had to keep tabs on the maintenance crew in order to make sure they were all getting fixed! I expect to make a call & that be the only requirement from me the rest of the weekend (benchmark management is afterall supposed to manage these things, are they not?). But unfortunately, I was tied up in maintenance communication the first night & half of the day we were there; therefore my vacation time there was very much reduced. Thankfully the issues were resolved after the first full day of being there, however, I was very much disappointed that the one weekend I had with my sisters & mom was cut short because of the management of these problems not being taken care of like they should have been. Hopefully the next guest won’t have any issues at all because I made sure to call & get them all fixed, ha!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rude management company. Have never dealt with such non accommodating rental company that will nickel and dime you.- House has an access door right next to it which leaves little to no privacy. Random strangers and people coming in and out walking on your deck area- Massive cockroaches in the kitchen area- Crumbs and sticky food still left over on the counter top from poor cleaning job- Fruit flies coming out from the sink and garbage can the whole time there- Workers were painting the property when we were there listening to loud vulgar music the whole time singing it out loud making the atmosphere uncomfortable- On top of strangers looking in your windows and walking across your deck area because of the access door literally right next to your unit, you also can't lock the door for when you want to go to the beach. Your options are leave the door open/unlocked because you can't get back inside unless you want 1 - 1.5 blocks down the road to the public access to walk back to the front of the house

Choose for location & views only, not much else

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but hopefully it will help people avoid or cause owner / property manager to realize it needs to do way more to have a competitive product. The views and location were awesome, but really it stopped there. It’s almost like this was purchased 20+ years ago and nothing changed since. A lot could have been avoided with property management, some with owner putting in some money. I left the following list with Benchmark when I checked out… Wifi didn’t work Cobwebs in corners of walls Found moth in master bedding Missing master window coverings completely Mildew on master shower curtain Kids room bathtub doesn’t drain well, also missing the drain plug Master bedroom bed mattress have huge dips, hard to sleep Master bed headboard not attached at all Cable doesn’t work well in living room Master toilet paper holder falling off wall Master balcony screen door broken Cracks in walls and ceilings

We are pleased to let you know that we notified the owner of the multiple issues, and the remodeling of the unit will commence in January of 2022. Unfortunately, during busier times there is a lot of stress on the Wifi/networks. We cannot control the strength of the signal and our choice of internet companies in the area is limited. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first Florida vacation, and we wanted to stay on the beach. We loved that we had our own private beach, so finding a spot every day was not a problem. So we were extremely happy with the location. We had some difficulties with getting into the unit the first day. There was an issue with the door and we had to wait for an answering service to get a hold of maintenance, but after a brief wait, he showed up and got us in. I would like to encourage the owner to do some updates in the bathroom. Some caulking might be nice, a new shower curtain, at least. And maybe this is being nit picky, but maybe if you could leave just a little bit more in the way of amenities? Having said all that, I would recommend this property to a friend because of its location and amazing view.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time and enjoyed unit #9! it was in good condition and we had no issues with the condo. We did not get any use out of the Vacayzen rental credit because we had them deliver a 2 person kayak which was delivered but they did not include any life jackets. I also asked to rent two more and they had sero to provide. I went out once with my wife and because the water was rough we did not feel comfortable without life jackets. Very disappointed with Vacayzen :-(

Great beach stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our vacation was wonderful!! We have rented several times with garret realty and will continue to do so. There were a few things within the place that could be improved upon. The curtains in the upstairs master bedroom are missing a few hooks and do not hang correctly because of it. There was only one pot holder and no kitchen towels so I had to use beach towels to take things out of the oven. We had a slight hiccup with the portable chairs and umbrellas from vaycazen. They were not delivered on the day we arrived and we didn’t get them until the next day at the end of the day so did not have them for two days. The company was incredibly hard to get in touch with. They said they would refund me for the days we missed and I still haven’t received any money back from them. We loved the location of Blue nine! We felt like the price was a little steep for the condo. It was slightly outdated, but we also felt like we were paying to be on the beach so we were happy with it. Thank you all for what you do! We will see you next summer!
