Bellamente decoradas primer piso, unidad de esquina, la playa y la piscina, están a solo unos pasos de distancia. Esto realmente es lo más cerca que puedes llegar a la playa. 3 bonitas habitaciones con 3 baños completos. Queremos que este sea su hogar lejos del hogar. Nuestra cocina está amueblada con todo lo que necesitará. Quedarse dormido por la noche con el sonido del océano a pocos metros del dormitorio principal. Disfruta de increíbles vistas al mar desde el diseño abierto de la cocina, el comedor y la sala de estar, o disfruta de la vista al mar mientras te relajas en el balcón cubierto. Todas las habitaciones están amuebladas con una cama Queen size con una habitación con una litera que es una reina en la parte inferior y una completa en la parte superior. Lavadora y secadora convenientemente ubicadas dentro de la unidad.

Perfect Beach Stay!

This is a beautiful spacious condo and a great location! First floor, beach front and beside the pool. We spent endless hours on the balcony/porch! Sunrises are perfect! Walk to the pier or up to the Conch Cafe! The sand is like sugar and the beach is so clean, as they rake the brach most mornings!We've stayed in Garden City many times, but this was the best!

Gorgeous

Immaculate and well appointed condo makes you feel like you are home. Perfect location with a short walk to the Garden City Pier and surrounding attractions. Goat was extremely responsive and we will definitely plan to rent this condo again.

Excellent stay

This property is located right on the beach and next to the pool. It doesn’t get any easier. The condo was nicely appointed and the host was very accommodating and easy to deal with. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay in a great spot I’d suggest giving this listing a try.

Garden City vacation

Loved the ocean front location and 1st floor unit. Located right beside pool that grandkids loved. Well stocked kitchen. Favorite part was sitting or eating on the ocean front deck. Shane/owner very responsive if we had any questions.

Great Place!

I can’t recommend this unit enough! The first floor corner location is so convenient. The unit itself is updated, clean and decorated nicely. We have been staying at the Sea Master for the past 20 years and this is my favorite unit so far!

Updated unit clean with no carpet. Porch is right on beach. Minimal steps for seniors. Really enjoyed our stay. Met a former co-worker staying in another unit. He had been coming back to this building for over 25 years and also loved it

Couldn't ask for a better stay!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room, kitchen is fully stocked and clean. The view of the beach was wonderful to wake up to every morning! Loved having the balcony to drink coffee on, to watch the sunrise, and overlook the pool. This condo has all the amenities you could want for the best vacation. Kitchen is fully stocked, clean linens, hand/dish soap were available, and the beach closet with the toys/chairs was wonderful! We couldn't have asked for a better stay-and hope to visit again soon! Thank you so much for sharing your personal piece of paradise with us.

Such a great condo!

We had a fantastic time! The condo was in a great location with a wonderful and perfect view of the ocean. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were super comfy and it was great that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Rick and Cindy were so helpful and nice. And they had great communication. Thank you so much Rick and Cindy!!!!! Best place we have stayed!

First time ever in a condo. We had a great time, steps from the beach and pool. Table on deck for cards and dolphin watching. Fireworks every night by someone close. All the things you need. Extras that people left, so check the cabinets before you go to the store. Rick and Cindy were great hosts! Everything went smooth!

Beautiful Getaway

This was our first stay in this unit and it was absolutely wonderful! It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It not only has an amazing view, but is very well equipped! Incredibly clean, well stocked kitchen, nice size bedrooms and super nice bathrooms. The balcony was absolutely wonderful. This unit even has chairs, umbrellas, pool noodles and boogie boards available. Owner was easy to work with and responded quickly. Suggestions: drying rack for towels/suits/trunks, pressure cooker, air fryer, and plastic storage for kitchen would be helpful. Our family truly enjoyed our vacation and would highly recommend!

Beach front condo

The unit was excellent our only complaint is not with the owner of the unit but we did find that the parking at the property was horrible, the way the parking is set up is not a very convenient way to park with the beach parking and the golf cart areas. There also seemed to be less spaces than there were units

Our personal connection to the area adds an extra level of excitement. In fact, Dana and I have a special bond with Garden City as we exchanged vows at the beautiful Garden City Chapel back in 2010. Our love for this area dates back to our childhood, and we have cherished memories of spending time in Garden City.
