The pool and all associated amenities will be closed starting April 7, 2025, for an estimated duration of 10 to 14 months to accommodate the Recreation Deck renovation project.
Enjoy this beautiful high level suite with a lovely ocean view! Watch the ships go by and see the reef from your lanai (balcony).
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable seating in the living room with clean laminate flooring throughout. The kitchen includes refrigerator, range, microwave, rice maker, coffee maker, and other kitchen wares.
Updated bathroom with granite countertops and tile. The vanity is separate from the toilet and shower for added privacy.
Convenient sleeping arrangements include queen and a twin bed and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The unit has a 37" wall mounted flat screen TV!

Most of our condos at Koko Resorts are located in the luxurious Waikiki Banyan, an ideal spot for any occasion in Hawai i. Just a block from the famous Waikiki Beach, you can easily enjoy dipping your toes in the soothing ocean water, surfing, swimming, scuba diving, hula dancing, and exploring Hawaiian nightlife. The Waikiki Banyan is also close to top-notch dining options and shopping centers like the International Marketplace and Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. For family fun, the Zoo and Aquarium are just around the corner, and public transportation is readily available for exploring Honolulu, conveniently located just outside the building.
The Waikiki Banyan features a beautifully furnished lobby with Hawaiian decor, soothing waterfall sounds, and a koi pond. Enjoy coffee and breakfast at The Banyan Breeze, a local coffee shop, and stock up on local treats at the lobby s Mini Mart. The recreation deck includes a full-length pool, hot tubs, saunas, a tennis court, barbecue grills, and a children s playground.
