Come and live the KeyZ life for the week or the month! Gorgeous home just off the open water on a deep water canal gulfside. This is a boater/fishing paradise with 60 feet of docking space, deluxe fish cleaning station located on the gulfside! Relax poolside at our signature swimming pool/tiki bar with flat screen TV. We have 5 bedrooms, 4 baths. 1 Master suite is on the ground floor, 1 Master suite on the second floor, 2 Queen Bedrooms, and a Bunk Bedroom! Fully equipped kitchen! Refreshing Salt water pool, tiki outdoor bar-paradise awaits! 2 Kayaks and 1 Paddle Board! 60 foot long Dock!

Description of the second floor bedrooms:
The 2 queen bedrooms on the 2nd floor are separated by a hallway. There is a hallway the accessed both bedrooms and also accesses a bathroom as well. There is a pocket door that can access the hallway on one side and there is a normal swing door that can access the hallway from the other side. The bedroom at the end of the hallway is entered through a swing door that is directly from the hallway. None of the queen bedrooms need to be accessed by walking thru one another
The only bedroom that needs entered is the bunk room which must be entered thru the master

This is our second year staying at this property. Excellent experience so far. The host and the property manager Debbie were very responsive. We had a problem with the pool heater and I contacted Debbie and she solve it right away. The house needs some attention. Is not the most modern and furnished house but it work for us as a family everyone had their own room and space. Nice big dock area where we dock our boat. The neighbors are nice and friendly. Easy access to the ocean side. We only wish we could stay longer. We are definitely planning to stay next year here.

Wonderful place to stay! So many things to do with paddleboard, kayaks, ping pong, swimming pool and we brought our boat and docked out back. Plenty ofRoom for everyone! Great accomodations!

Family atay

House and location are great. Size perfect for my husband and I with our 3 kids and their families! There are some basic maintenance and cleaning issues they need to have attention. The trash from previous renters was full on our arrival and stunk for days until picked up, bit can were full. Some dirty dishes and socks on porches. Pool needs a good scrub on the sides. Downstairs showers do not work properly, table tops were dirty, no dust pan or broom available. Dishwasher doesn’t clean and it’s sitting lopsided. But other than those issues it was an enjoyable time for our family. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Excellent outdoor area. Convenience to town and open water was why we chose to stay here. Home ze was perfect. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Best trip!

My family (10 of us all together) stayed at this beautiful property and could not have been more pleased! It was spacious enough for all of us and close to all the things we wanted to do! Beth was super responsive anytime we reached out to her! The only thing I would note is that the house is in the DIRECT landing path for the airport down the road. It was a little startling when some of the jets were flying in. This is nothing against the house itself, just something to be aware of.We hope to be able to stay at this amazing home again!

Family vacation

We had our 92 year old grandma with us down to our 6 month old nephew. The house was extremely functional for that with room for everyone to still have their own space. The location is amazing on the canal only minutes from open water.

Wonderful stay!

Our group consisted of 3 families, including 5 kids (ages ranging from 1-14), and we had an amazing stay at this property! We docked our boat at the house and it was a great location for getting to both the Gulf and Atlantic quickly. We enjoyed the pool at the house and there was plenty of seating in the living area for everyone to relax in the evenings. The owner was responsive to all questions and the house was just as described. We saw manatees every day in the canal...the kids loved it!

Marathon Stay

Overall enjoyed the stay. I checked the grill to be sure it was operational. It was. I brought a whole Prime Rib Roast to grill as we were having a family celebration. Ran out of gas after 30 minutes. I don’t cook on a gas grill at home as I have a Green Egg. So I don’t know a full tank from an empty one. I do now. Second tank was also empty. I have never rented a house that was not stocked with gas for the grill. So there went $175 down the drain with a dried out piece of leather. Plus in my mind another $40 for a tank of propane. I also notified the owner that the pool filter had a crack. Pool was losing more and more water each day as the crack only got larger. I was told to call someone else that turned out to be the person that did the cleaning between rentals. The owner answered with “ I am out of the country”. After calling the other person, I was told pool company would be out on Monday. Never came. We ended up refilling the pool each day and shutting the pump down after use in the evening as I did not want the pool to empty. So my prime rib sucked as I had to go chase gas and we monitored the pool so we could enjoy it for the week. I was told pool guy comes on Fridays. Nope never saw him. Hopefully the next people don’t have a problem with the pool.

We love this home & location

3rd stay here. Was disappointed that we could not receive wash clothes. There was a bit of a miscommunication but I made several request afterwards that were ignored. 5 washclothes for 10 people was ridiculous! That was our only complaint. Looking forward to coming back

Vacation

This house has plenty for room for a large family. We had a person with a walker with us so having a ground floor entry and bed/bathroom was nice. The pool was comfortably warm. Very nice outside deck/patio. Nice central location in the middle of the keys. Quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery, gas stations, restaurants, and activities.

Amazing rental for family stay

Me and my adult children just spent a week in the keys and rented this amazing house. It had sufficient space for everyone. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked well. It was great being right on a canal where we got to see manatees everyday, they were awesome. They loved drinking fresh water from the hose. The neighborhood is quiet but we were still able to play music and be out by the pool at night without bothering anyone. I would say the only thing we weren’t thrilled about but it did not impact our fun is that the pool does not get sun. It’s winter so that might be the reason for that. But there is plenty of deck space and chairs for laying in the sun. Overall fantastic experience and would recommend

Our Favorite Keys House So Far!

We brought our kids and grandkids down for the week and this property was perfect for us.There was a large area for parking including room for our boat trailer. The kitchen has plenty of space, lots of cabinets and small appliances that made it easy to feed a crowd. The tiki bar is festive and made a great place to serve food and drinks while the kids swam in the pool. The mini fridge came in handy along with the pool toys. We were very thankful (and pleasantly surprised) for the pool towels. We caught mangrove snapper off the dock, and the kids were eager to see the manatees swim by daily. This home had more "extras" than other places we've stayed and we can't wait to go back.

Tiki House

It was very spacious . Lots of Linens , which was a plus. Two frig’s and a bait freezer was very nice. Nice washer snd Dryer. One of my complaints, not enough receptacles in the kitchen. The step down was a little hazardous, overall it’s a very nice place. I didn’t like paying it all upfront, I wouldn’t do that again. Thank you for a great time.

Marathon vacation

The place was clean and we had a wonderful time. One thing everyone should know is that the bedroom with the bunk beds is located through the master bedroom. We had our adult son with us anticipating that he would take the room with the bunk beds and just sleep on the bottom bunk. Did not realize he would need to be practically in our room with us. Also the shower in the master bedroom is in desperate need of repair. Other than that everything else was as it should be and we enjoyed our vacation.

Family vacation in the Keys

Fabulous home on waterfront canal. Pool was great. Outside area left enough room for everyone. Amenities were many. There was plenty of room for our group. Having so much room made it easy for us to share family dinners which was important to us. Many many wonderful memories made this year and we feel lucky to have found this house.

Cute, fun house with pool

Multi generational family on weeklong vacation. Very roomy for all 9 of us, very clean and nicely decorated. Comfy beds. Beautiful new floors! Really loved the back patio and pool with the tiki bar. The whole family had so much fun in the pool!
