Come and live the KeyZ life for the week or the month! Gorgeous home just off the open water on a deep water canal gulfside. This is a boater/fishing paradise with 60 feet of docking space, deluxe fish cleaning station located on the gulfside! Relax poolside at our signature swimming pool/tiki bar with flat screen TV. We have 5 bedrooms, 4 baths. 1 Master suite is on the ground floor, 1 Master suite on the second floor, 2 Queen Bedrooms, and a Bunk Bedroom! Fully equipped kitchen! Refreshing Salt water pool, tiki outdoor bar-paradise awaits! 2 Kayaks and 1 Paddle Board! 60 foot long Dock!

Description of the second floor bedrooms:
The 2 queen bedrooms on the 2nd floor are separated by a hallway. There is a hallway the accessed both bedrooms and also accesses a bathroom as well. There is a pocket door that can access the hallway on one side and there is a normal swing door that can access the hallway from the other side. The bedroom at the end of the hallway is entered through a swing door that is directly from the hallway. None of the queen bedrooms need to be accessed by walking thru one another
The only bedroom that needs entered is the bunk room which must be entered thru the master

We were very pleased with the home. It was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 12. The only downfall was trash pickup. With a family of 12 we had a lot of trash. Other than that the vacation was fantastic!! Would definitely rent this house again!!

We are a property asset protection company and had a project right down the street. I decided to turn our work trip into a treat for our guys, and our own family. Was originally looking at individual cottages for each employee so they could bring their pups and wives/girlfriends/kids, but ended up finding this gem of a property which worked out great. The unique layout is perfect for multiple families or individuals that need their space, but it also has common area’s to hang. The large master suite upstairs has a room with bunk beds attached to it, so my littles were right next to us. There was a room across the hall to the master suite that my teenager slept in, and then down the hall a ways there was another large room that one of our guys slept in. They were up and out by 6am each day, and we didn’t hear a sound when they were leaving. The opposite could be said when it came to our kids and their noise at night time. Downstairs there is another huge master suite with its own bathroom that another one of our guys and his wife stayed in. The outdoor area is beautiful. Pool, lounge area, grill and a dock that we caught LOTS of fish off of. We did not bring our boat this time, but there was definitely enough room to fit our 35’ Nortech. There was ample parking for our guys and their work trucks as well which was a major bonus. The home is well maintained, and you can tell the hosts care about their guests. Many memories were made this past week. Will absolutely book again!

This is our second year staying at this property. Excellent experience so far. The host and the property manager Debbie were very responsive. We had a problem with the pool heater and I contacted Debbie and she solve it right away. The house needs some attention. Is not the most modern and furnished house but it work for us as a family everyone had their own room and space. Nice big dock area where we dock our boat. The neighbors are nice and friendly. Easy access to the ocean side. We only wish we could stay longer. We are definitely planning to stay next year here.

Great space

Family vacation

We had our 92 year old grandma with us down to our 6 month old nephew. The house was extremely functional for that with room for everyone to still have their own space. The location is amazing on the canal only minutes from open water.

Cute, fun house with pool

Multi generational family on weeklong vacation. Very roomy for all 9 of us, very clean and nicely decorated. Comfy beds. Beautiful new floors! Really loved the back patio and pool with the tiki bar. The whole family had so much fun in the pool!

Wonderful stay!

Our group consisted of 3 families, including 5 kids (ages ranging from 1-14), and we had an amazing stay at this property! We docked our boat at the house and it was a great location for getting to both the Gulf and Atlantic quickly. We enjoyed the pool at the house and there was plenty of seating in the living area for everyone to relax in the evenings. The owner was responsive to all questions and the house was just as described. We saw manatees every day in the canal...the kids loved it!
