The Space:
Inside, there is a seating area with all the coastal charm you could ask for! You will find a spacious open plan living/dining with seating for 4, a 55" Smart TV, a gorgeous kitchen equipped with stainless appliances and quartz countertops and everything needed to chef delicious meals. The primary suite has a king-size bed and 50" flat screen tv. There are two full baths and 2 additional bedrooms, both containing queen beds. There is a washer/dryer and half bath as well. The best part is you are just steps away from the beach, which you can see from the gorgeous and spacious covered deck! Rest assured this will be the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation you have taken in years filled with memories to be cherished for years to come!
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment. There is no assigned parking, but there is room for 2-3 cars depending on occupancy. One bay may be used per unit and parking passes are required at all times to prevent towing. Entry is on a keypad lock and the code will be provided 48 hours before check in.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the Sea Horse building which is just a short walk from Garden City Pier, local restaurants, and shops, this condo is ideal for families, couples, or groups looking to soak up the best of the Grand Strand. Whether you're here for a weekend escape or a longer coastal stay, it's has everything you need to make lasting memories!
Getting Around:
For transportation, a luxe gas-powered golf cart is available for rent ($65/day for the 4-seater and $75/day for the 6-seater) offering approximately 140 miles of cruising on a single tank (gas included). You can add this feature in your guest portal after booking. Alternatively, the beach access is a short walk just steps away from the unit! The property is conveniently located, just 15 minutes from Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber services are readily available, with estimated fares of $25-30 to reach the property.
Other Things to Note:
For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.
