Beautiful 3 Bed/2 Bath Home with Pool, 8 Minutes from Siesta Key, Pet Friendly

Come enjoy a wonderful vacation at this beautiful, newly-remodeled 1-story home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a heated pool located just minutes from Siesta Key Beach and the heart of Sarasota!

As soon as you enter this spacious and luxurious home, you will begin to relax! The living room is a large space with lots of comfortable seating, a 65" SMART TV, and is beautifully decorated. There is also a space to set up a workspace. In the open-concept style, the large eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new stainless appliances and everything you need to cook up a delicious meal. There is an informal table that can seat 4. In addition, there are two barstools for extra seating.

Step out the door to the welcoming screened porch with additional seating, including another table and chairs for al fresco dining and a grill. The backyard is fenced-in with a beautiful, heated pool and spa! Just outside the pool area is a private relaxing area with a fire pit.

The lovely primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower The second bedroom has a Queen. The third bedroom has two full beds. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo.

If you do decide to venture out, you couldn't choose a better location. It is walking distance from lots of dining and shopping choices. It is also only a 10-minute drive to Walt's Fish Market, the only market/restaurant in Sarasota that sells fish and seafood caught the same day you buy it!

And of course, you are just a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Siesta Key which has been named over and over as one of the best beaches in the world.

Our Favorite Places to Visit

The home is only half a mile (walking distance on a beautiful day) to Gulf Gate Village that has restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Our favorite places are Dolce Italia, Brine (great seafood and oysters), and Kolucan. There are also a couple of sushi restaurants that are nice and a great sports bar (Food + Beer). For breakfast or lunch, you must visit Word of Mouth and Lovely Square.

Siesta Key is just under 2 miles from the house. You must visit some of the most beautiful beaches with quartz sand. If Siesta Key public beach parking is full, try Turtle Beach. This is where the locals like to visit, and it is a little less crowded. Siesta Key Village has great shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Our favorites are Summer House (highly recommend reservations days in advance), The Cottage, Gilligan's, The Hub, Siesta Key Oyster Bar. Want a quiet before or after dinner glass of wine? Be sure to try Siesta Key Wine Bar. Two other favorites are The Boatyard (great place to eat and watch the boats and sometimes a dolphin or two) and Captain Curt's. Want to try another beach? We will sometimes head to Nokomis (Pop's Sunset Grill is a must stop), Venice Beach (Sharky's is your go to there) or head to Lido Beach. Southside is close to the house and a fun area of town. Two restaurants are Libby's and Veronicas. But our favorite is Morton's Gourmet Market to pick up a steak of seafood to bring home and grill. Downtown Sarasota is a beautiful downtown area and only 15 minutes from the house (easy uber ride if you don't want to drive and park). Owens Fish Camp is a must but be prepared to go early and wait at least 1 hours or more. Other top pics for us are Classico, Sage rooftop, Hyde Park. O'Leary's is a fun place to visit and sits on the bay. St Armands Circle is a must visit as well for shopping and eating. They also have an arcade that is fun if you have kiddos with you. Must eats there are Venezia, Speaks Clam Bar, Crab & Fin and Columbia. End the day at Meaney's Donuts (you can thank us later).

*This is a family home nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Weekly pool and lawn care will happen during your stay.

Additional notes:

*CHILDREN MUST ALWAYS BE SUPERVISED in the pool area and near the grill. Guests and guardians of minors take full responsibility for their safety and release the property owners/host/property management company from any liability for injury that may occur during their stay.

*GLASSWARE IS PROHIBITED IN THE POOL AREA for safety reasons. An additional cleaning fee will be incurred for broken glass found in the pool or surrounding area.

*No SMOKING or VAPING in the house. An additional fee will be incurred, and guests will be asked to vacate the property.

*No Parties. Quiet time 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

*PET OWNERS: This property is dog friendly for one dog with a maximum weight of 25 pounds a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for the first week. There is a $50 fee per week for any additional weeks booked. Also, certain breeds are excluded. It is necessary that you check with our office prior to your trip for details on weight and breed limitations.
