• No parties, large events, or overnight guests to exceed the maximum occupancy of 8

• All TV's offer streaming channels; guests will need to provide their own logins for subscription-based channels

• Ring doorbell located at the front entry of the home, exterior security camera located by the pool

• The purchase of propane for the grill, if needed, is the responsibility of the guest

• Pool is heated October–April only; temperatures are not guaranteed and may vary based on weather conditions

• Canal water levels naturally fluctuate with tides and weather, and specific boating or canal access conditions cannot be guaranteed.

• Cape Coral quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10pm–8am.

• The use of the boat-lift is restricted to owner's use only.
