This warm & inviting 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom cottage is newly renovated with brand new flooring, freshly painted, new recessed lighting, new furniture, brand new central A/C, & heating system, Wifi, Cable, outdoor patio with furniture, outdoor shower, BBQ grill, outdoor grass space, two driveways, brand new Queen-sized bed in primary, two (2) Twin-XL beds in secondary, and XL futon to accommodate sleeping 6 comfortably.

Located on a quiet, private street and only steps away from the warm waters of 4 public beaches (Thatchers, Seaview, Parkers River, South Middle, Bass River, and Smuggler's Beach), and within walking distance of the famous Skipper Chowder House. Near all South Yarmouth attractions (Pirate's Cove Mini-Golf, Skull Island Sports, Gold Coast Parasailing & Jet Ski, Cape Cod Inflatable Park and more!) and restaurants (Captain Parker's Pub, Skipper's Restaurant and Chowder House, Lobster Boat, The Pancake Man and more!) There is a nearby playground and a boat launch for boating enthusiasts.

Property was perfect for a family vacation. It was located in walking distance to the beach and the property was well maintained and private. Nik the property agent was very responsive to any questions before and during our stay.

Check in was easy. The cottage was in a great, walkable location and had a beautifully maintained yard. Everything inside was as described and was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others with kids. Our children loved Pirate's Cove, the inflatable park, Captain Parker's Pub, and the Cape Cod Creamery which were all very close.

Great Family Stay!

My husband, 2 year old, and myself stayed for a week during the fourth of July and we will absolutely be making another reservation next year! It is within walking distance to the beaches and only a few minutes from some of the best seafood restaurants in the cape! This was our first time visitng cape cod as a family so I knew wherever we stayed would be a gamble, and I am SO grateful I chose this house for our stay! The owner is prompt and responsive and the property is clean, safe, and bright. Highly recommend, great family place!!

Beautiful cottage walking distance to beach

Stayed for the week with my husband and children. The home was very clean and very comfortable. It was a very rainy muggy week so the central air made a big difference. Situated in a very nice neighborhood and it was great to be able to walk the bike to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot

The house was in a perfect location- close to beaches, restaurants and other towns on the Cape. We really enjoyed the aesthetic of the house, felt very comfortable and was well maintained. There is a generous living space that opens into a small bar and dining area that allowed our family to spread out. Thank you!

Cottage by the sea.

We had an amazing week in the Cape! The location was perfect for our family of 4 (2 boys, 8yrs & 6yrs) The home was bight, clean & fully stocked with all the essentials. We loved the private backyard sitting on the patio in the mornings with coffee was so peaceful! Communication with the owner, Nik was easy & swift! We would 100% rent cottage by the sea again!

Great vacation!

We rented this home for the July 4th week with our family of four, including two children. The house was VERY clean and had very nice interior design features. The outdoor space was perfect and they have sprinkler and have it professionally landscaped which is nice. Easy walking distance to Thacher's Beach and cute neighborhood with lots of families walking around, etc. Highly recommend!

Great Property with a Great Host

This property was clean and beautifully decorated. Classy and beach themed. It was stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of linens, pillow, and kitchen stuff. I liked having the sitting room and dining room, plus the outside patio, shower, and backyard. We had to coordinate with the host about a couple of things, and he was accommodating and responsive. The house is on a beautiful part of the Cape, too, and within a short drive of so many attractions.

Relaxing week

The property is so nice, the neighborhood is adorable to walk through. I was sad the hammock wasn't in the backyard- i pictured waking up before the kids and reading out there. The property is just as pictured, lots of room (for a family of five, two adults and three kids). I would recommend an indoor drying rack- the outdoor one was nice but the rainy days we had nothing to dry suits, etc. thanks for the great stay!

A True Gem

This was the perfect house and perfect location for a family vacation in the Cape. It’s immaculate, bright and welcoming. The location is superb, close to the beaches, restaurants, mini-golf, arcade, go-karts, large grocery stores and all of the other family friendly activities the Cape has to offer. Nik, the owner, was extremely helpful and immediately available to answer any questions. We enjoyed the backyard patio for down time and the self-temperature controlled outdoor shower was perfect for refreshing after the beach. The small things mattered here from the LED auto sensor night lights throughout to the beautifully landscaped yard and the beach themed decor. We’ve rented quite a few houses and this by far was our favorite. We’re looking forward to continuing to build family memories here with our daughter.

Yarmouth beach house stay

We had a short week in cape cod. The home was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The home was centrally located which we liked . It allowed us to travel with ease to the different towns and beaches. We had no issues with the home. The AC was appreciated ! ! There is a very comfy futon that served us well. The outside shower had great water pressure . My husband loved it ! You can take a short walk to get coffee in the am. There are a couple of things I will mention. I took a walk to see the “private beach.” I was surprised when I saw a big tall gate at the end of the street. The gate had a “ keep the gate closed” sign on it. I squeezed by and walked through the parking lot of a hotel to get to the beach. Most of the beach access was reserved for this hotel. There was only a small area that was ok at best to see the water and pick up shells with the kids. Any walking further and you would see private property signs. So the beach access is private … yes… but not for the house guest. It belongs to someone else or the resort. We did travel to other beaches that were very nice. The home does not have a washer and dryer for use. That made it difficult with a large group and many beach days!! Communication with the owner was easy and prompt.

Great week at the Cape!

What an amazing experience renting a beautiful house from Nik. Nik responded to every question we had prior to our trip and made the planning process easy. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Amazing location, great backyard, can’t wait to comeback!

Cape get away for family

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Bass River cape home. The home is in like new condition. Clean and well equipped to cook meals in the full kitchen. We did not use the grill in the back yard. Central AC was a bonus as it was a very hot and muggy week. We. walked most days to local beaches and kayaking and just relaxed. The owner, Nik was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to our inquiries about the property. Lovely area, quiet with friendly neighbors. Highly recommend.

Excellent week at great place

We really love this house! It was immaculate and decorated so well! The landscaping was impeccable, and we really enjoyed the back patio! This host sure knows how to make guests comfortable! We appreciated the paper goods, trash bags, coffee filters and dishwasher detergent. We had family members down for a day, and everyone loved this house! The location is about a half mile walk from the beach. The neighborhood was very quiet and a great place to walk, and of course walking the beach was fabulous. There are lots of great restaurants nearby and we got our fill of delicious seafood.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at this rental house. Place has a good sized back yard where there's plenty of space. Comfortable table with 4 chairs and big, strong umbrella. The house itself is comfortable, clean and well kept. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach but we didn't mind since we love to walk. Nik and his mother were always ready to answer and help us with our questions. Rental cost is just right considering that the property is located to nearby restaurants, grocery, other stores, short walk to the beach and other kid friendly activities.

Great plaice and location but……

House was clean and beautiful . My husband, myself, (both in our 50s) and two 12 year olds boys stayed. Do NOT plan on any entertaining unless you want a call from the owner complaining of additional cars in the driveway or street (Ring doorbell surveillance) I never imagined hosting my cape friends with kids (15 and 12 years olds) for burgers and hotdogs and a little football in the back yard on a Sunday at 5:00pm before a walk to skull island would cause panic and accusations of hosting a fraternity party. Had my 20 year old niece and her boyfriend over for pizza on move in day, and that was also mentioned to me by the owner. We were uncomfortable inviting my husband’s grandmother over for coffee after that. After our stay we were charged an additional $200 for erroneous ”stains”on the couches and we left the house immaculate. No pics of said “stains” Just another reply from the owner again mentioning how we had people over the first weekend and that must be why there are stained. Really great place but beware. It is certainly an owners right to manage their property as they wish, but wish the description said no entertaining guests at any time, we would have looked at other properties.

A week on the Cape

A great stay in West Yarmouth. House was clean and in a great location for beach, food and shopping. A half bath would have been nice as one bathroom for six was a little tight later in the week. Nice quiet neighborhood, walkable and well situated.

Home was immaculate, quiet and inviting. The interior decorating was spot on with a Coastal theme throughout. Walls freshly painted and sparkling wood floors looked like a new home. We enjoyed sitting out on private backyard patio, and peaceful and picturesque walks toward the water. Location is centrally located , between So Yarmouth, West Dennis beaches and Hyannis. Staying here made this the best Cape Cod vacation we've ever had .
