The master bedroom at Sunswept 102 is a true retreat, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed that promises a restful night's sleep. The attached master bathroom offers a luxurious walk-in shower, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

The second bedroom is equally inviting, with a cozy queen-sized bed and plenty of space to relax. Just across the hall, the second full bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination, providing extra convenience for guests. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, ensuring that everyone in your group enjoys a peaceful stay.

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. This is a non-smoking vacation rental and no pets are permitted. 1 parking pass is permitted for 1 bedroom vacation rentals, 2+ bedroom vacation rentals are allowed 2 passes. Check-in time is 4pm and checkout time is 10am

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: Loved the location. Office staff was very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Parking was great. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved having a full size washer and dryer. Cons: The living room furniture was in poor condition. Very worn out and uncomfortable. The unit could use updating. Other than pool cleaning staff, there was minimal staff/security walking around property. The people above us threw tobacco pouches, nut shells, and even a suntan lotion can and a video game disk on the pool side sidewalk. Multiple times a day, we had to sweep the sidewalk so we didn’t have to walk through it.

Great experience

Very nice condo for our stay at Orange Beach. Everything was very clean, our top priority! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils for the stay in nights that we did not go out to eat. I was pleased that a hair dryer was provided in our condo because I forgot mine. The bed was super comfortable, a HUGE plus, thank you! There is nothing like not getting a good nights rest. The on-site property management company is super responsive and such nice people! The unit itself is in a family-friendly building. Lots of kids and families. We had a GREAT stay!!!!

The only complaints we have are the AC unit was very noisy when it kicked on and the tile floor caused the kids feet to be black otherwise we had a nice stay.

Overall Great Experience

It was very accommodating for my small kids and easy to get to the beach and pool. We had plenty of room for everyone and a great view. It was super clean, everything worked, and the staff were very easy to work with. I highly recommended on staying here especially on the ground floor with your littles. The only I have to complain about which really isn’t bad was just the patio was not very spacious and clean. Also, the patio door was very hard to open and close.

Ocean view was spectacular and very easy access to the beach and the condo pool. The on site property management were extremely helpful and accommodating. SunSwept is just a walk away from grocery stores and fabulous restaurants. So many fun things to do and see for all ages. I would highly recommend this condo rental property. We will be retuning!!!
