CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

SunDestin Beach Resort is located directly on the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. With a 24 hour on-site desk, the Scenic Stays team is always available for anything you need. Amenities include outdoor and indoor pools (heated seasonally), outdoor hot tub, a fitness center and a gift shop in the lobby, where you’ll find souvenirs for everyone back home. Additional seasonal amenities include beach chair and umbrella rentals (for an additional fee). SunDestin Beach Resort is the place to spend your next trip to Destin.

SunDestin 307 welcomes you with the bedroom and bathroom at the front of the condo, and a fully equipped kitchen and living area with fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space to whip up breakfast, lunch or dinner. The dining and living area both have plenty of space for guests, with a table for four and two sofas, plus a large TV where you can enjoy the complimentary DVD rentals that come with your stay. Directly off the living area, the balcony offers the best views and has seating for two to listen to the crashing waves.

The living room offers a queen-sized sofa bed and a king-sized bed sits in the master, so there’s enough room for four guests in this updated one-bedroom unit. The whole condo has been updated and wall to wall windows in the common area means you can’t miss the view.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
