CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

Soak up the outdoor amenities, including a newly renovated gulf-front pool, tiki bar (seasonal), and hot tub.  Serve up the day’s catch on the outdoor grill or saunter down to the beach and rent a beach chair/umbrella (additional fee). Late afternoon, drift indoors to enjoy the indoor pool (heated seasonally), outdoor hot tub, sauna, and steam room. Maintain your exercise regime at the fitness facility, and dive into complimentary DVD rentals. With more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space at SunDestin Beach Resort, there’s plenty of room to host personal or business functions. Should any questions arise, our cordial and knowledgeable Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk.

SunDestin Unit 1710 is a charming one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. Get swept away in this light and airy unit with beautiful flooring throughout. Calming grays, soft whites and the sandy-hued color palette in this unit are the perfect backdrop for the blue skies and emerald waters of the gulf coast. Chill in the living room and catch a game on the flat screen television. Prepare meals and snacks in the well-stocked, fully appointed kitchen, equipped with breakfast bar and seating for four. Enjoy a game or puzzle at the table in the living room or relax on the balcony as the sun sets over the coast. Settle into the master suite with a king-sized bed and flat screen television, on the queen-sized sofa bed in the living room, or on twin bunks nestled in the hall.

When you’re ready to venture off property, check out The Track, a family recreation center located just five minutes away. With bumper cars, go-kart tracks, bumper boats, and an arcade, you’ll find plenty of activities suitable for all ages!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
