Open Living Space in Family-friendly Neighborhood

Open floor concept provides inviting space to entertain, gather, play games, or just relax. Built to enjoy being at home or to venture out to the many things close at hand. Staying home has outdoor dining space, two covered patio areas, propane barbecue grill, ping pong table, corn hole set, and the back yard swimming pool offers privacy as the lot borders a tree-lined buffer. Enjoy watching quail and occasional wildlife that travel through. Across the street is a park with play structures, grass spaces, and a basketball court.

Staying with us includes access to a Conceirge who can procure tickets to sporting and cultural events in the area, usually at a reduced rate. Short travel to many attractions: 5 Cactus League stadiums within a half hour drive; Royals/Rangers stadium is 10 minutes away, Mariners/Padres is 15. There are 18 golf courses within a 5 mile radius. Zoos, gardens, museums, hiking, and all the other attractions and community events in the Phoenix area.

Lake Pleasant is just 1/2 hour away, Prescott 1-1/2 hours, Sedona is just under 2, the Grand Canyon only a 4 hour drive. Come home to a cool, comfortable inviting space that’s in a great central location to explore and enjoy the wide variety of things to do and see in the Phoenix area.

Fun family vacation

I booked this house for my sister and her family to stay while visiting with me. The kids had a great time swimming in the pool, playing ping-pong, and the park right across the street was perfect. The house was well maintained, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for their stay. Thank you for helping us make for a perfect family vacation.

Great Property

My wife and I had a great, relaxing stay during the month of March. It was a perfect location for what we wanted to do during our stay. The pool is very relaxing and the outdoor seating area was very nice. We would love to return in future years as availability allows. Ginny was coming in after we left to have new carpeting installed.

Backyard delight

The house was nice and spacious. Some of the furniture and king bed need replacing…especially the living room couch. However the backyard/patio/pool area is great!!

Top Notch Vacation Rental for Our Family of Seven

First of all, Ginny is an amazing host and responds to every inquiry almost immediately with excellent professional communication from pre booking questions through checkout. My family was so blessed to have been able to stay in her home. The beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding, pillows, extra blankets, towels, etc. The kitchen served to make meals for our family of seven sufficiently, and ate most of our meals between the kitchen bar area and the outdoor dining set. The location of the house is perfect at the edge of the subdivision and the neighborhood has the most beautiful sunset walks right out the front door and past a perfect little playground/park. The pool really is very well crafted and well kept. We spent as much time as we were able to cooling off in the pool and then warming ourselves on the lounge chairs or just a towel on the concrete walk areas. Thank you again, Ginny, for such a beautiful, restful stay, and an exceedingly pleasant introduction to life here in the greater Pheonix area!

Lots of space to find your own space

The property was wonderful. A big house with all the necessary amenities. Outside by the pool allowed for sun and quiet time with enough chairs to be comfortable. Owner answered any questions that we couldn't resolve ourselves. All ages had a blast and would recommend this home to others.

Lovely home!

We had a wonderful stay! The home is very spacious, clean and we appreciated the well equipped kitchen to cook our meals. It was great having a dedicated office space with wifi, since my daughter was working from home. We enjoyed cooling off in the pool and relaxing on the beautiful patio. The location was perfect for us, as we needed to be close to my mom in Sun City. If we had any questions, Ginny was very quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay again!

Nice house!

Very comfortable place. Everything you need to feel at home. Nice appliances and everything you need to cook with. Enjoyed swimming and hanging around the pool.
