Located 2 blocks away from spacious beaches with safe pedestrian signaled crosswalks. Take a short one block walk for relaxing beautiful bay sunsets. Enjoy Coffee on the deck and meals downstairs at our family friendly outdoor dining area. Just a short walk from local amenities and local favorites like Okies, Panzones pizza, and Aunt Beas Ice cream.

Great Surf City Vaca

We had at great time staying here. The rental had everything we needed to enjoy a week long vacation at the beach. The owners were very welcoming and super responsive to our questions.

Wonderful vacation property!

This was by far one of the cleanest and most up to date VRBO’s we have stayed at. Lovely property with lots to offer our small family of three. Beach and bay access are close and convenient! Highly recommend!

Excellent Hosts and Property!

Hosts Matt and El very friendly and helpful and accommodating. Great location, easy walk to ocean beach and bay. Walking distance to groceries and shops and restaurants. Living space very clean and comfortable, everything we needed. Would stay again!

Perfect getaway

We had a blast at this apartment! It’s perfectly central in Surf City and was clean and cozy. Perfect for 3 adults and a 1 year old. The hosts are very accommodating and friendly! We will definitely be back!

Great Stay!

Great place for a family of four, especially for the Fourth of July weekend! Convenient to the beach and restaurants in Surf City, too. Matt & his family are super nice and very helpful (and thanks for letting us crash movie night!). We saw a lot of great firework shows from the back deck and from the yard - was a great week to be down in LBI!

Great Location

The property is conveniently located to the beach and coffee! It's the best blend of charming and modern. We appreciated the available amenities and also the items other beach houses sometimes lack, like paper towels, hand and dish soap, and the water pitcher. It was a great getaway!

First stay at LBI

We were very happy here. It was perfect for myself and my son. Matt responded quickly when we had a question after arriving. We also met his extended family . Everyone was so welcoming. The apartment was EXCEPTIONALLY clean and we appreciated the extra touches: the PUR pitcher and ice cube trays already for us, availability of beach chairs and the opportunity to use the washer on site. Being only 2 blocks from the beach was very convenient. We were very comfortable even when the weather did not cooperate for beachtime.

Great stay in Surf City

We had a lovely stay at this Air B&B! The property was immaculately clean, the kitchen was well stocked and it was located in a great location. We enjoyed sunsets by the bay each evening and the beach during the day. The owners were very friendly and hospitable. Would definitely recommend this property!

Prefect place at the beach close to bay and beach!

The only thing is against Vrbo for requiring full payment with a couple days of making reservation when it was several months before renting. I can understand a percentage that early but full amount?

The Doll House

Up the stairs and into the small house in the tree tops--we called fondly "The Doll House." It was immaculately clean, and had been redone as advertised so lots looked new like bathroom, living room furnishings, and flooring. The owner described it as "rustic" and I guess the wood paneling on the walls and the original cupboards might lead to that word but "new & homey" seems better to us. The owners were so easy to communicate with, it made our stay a pleasure. For the two of us, this was an ideal stay.

Great place, even better hosts!

What a great apartment in Surf City! We really enjoyed our stay here. This second floor apartment was very clean and tastefully furnished - it felt like home. Check in was easy and when I asked if the apartment would be done a bit earlier, the hosts responded sweetly and were very accommodating! The hosts are the sweetest family. They were helpful without being intrusive and felt like friends. They gave great advice on the island, checked in with us when they were away and the weather was bad, and made us feel extremely comfortable. My kids loved them too and helped them “test” the new swing they put in. We had a lovely stay here and are looking forward to returning if they will have us again!

Great find!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very clean and it was in a great location. It feels a tiny bit tight for 4 adults (the ceiling is quite short), but totally fine for a week stay. Overall it's a lovely little place to stay. Would highly recommend.
