Welcome to Casa Paraiso!

Brand new home with Stunning views overlooking Land’s End, the Beach and Cabo San Lucas. Just a short 15-20 minute drive to Medano Beach, Chileno Beach & all that downtown Cabo has to offer.

After a day at the beach or on the town return to this beautifully furnished home in a gated community. Relax in your private backyard pool or beautiful rooftop terrace.

We want our guests feel at home. Come relax and enjoy!

House is located at the very top development on the hill above Costco, it is about 3 miles up from the Highway.

Getting Around:
Home is about a 35-45 minute drive from SJD airport so we strongly suggest renting a car for your stay, but Ubers or taxis can get in and out with no problem

Base rate is for 10 guest occupancy-Additional fee charged per person per night up to 14 guests

Excellent Vacation Home!

Great vacation home to bring your family to! Communication with the host was great. Location was perfect, about 15 mins from the beach. Plenty of restaurants/markets nearby. Will definitely rebook soon!

The Views!!!

First trip to Cabo and this couldn’t have been any better of a location to stay!! The views were amazing!! Everything was just as pictured and communication with Teresa was great! Short drive to the marina and all the great spots! Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling with a large party!

Incredible house!!

We loved this house, and our trip was fabulous! There were ten of us, 5 adults 5 kids, and we all had enough room to stay comfortably. Every level had a patio and grill/smoker, which was divine. The rooftop patio was so nice and the views were exquisite. The hosts provided everything we needed for the pool and beach, including beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and boogy boards. They even had sunhats! I want to go back!!

STAY HERE!

We were absolutely amazed by this property. We stayed here with some friends and saying it was a great experience as an understatement. Quick drive to downtown Cabo and the absolutely most beautiful view of the ocean and sunset. Rarely have I stayed in a place that the pictures don’t do the property justice, but this place is so great. You just need to see it in person. The hosts were very chill and helpful. Would love to come back here again.

Absolute Paradise

The house is spectacular, everything from the decor, to the views, to the amenities. This home is in a perfect location and it has anything you could possibly need. It comfortably accommodated my family of 6, my parents, and my mother in law, everyone has so much space and more. It was hard to leave this absolute Paradise. The hosts were so friendly and always rapidly responded to any questions. The property manager was so nice and on hand if anything was needed. I hope to stay again.

Annual Fishing Adventure

Our first house got cancelled on us 30 days from leaving for Cabo. We found this house and I am Glad we did. This house is Amazing! Very nice furnishings, View was exceptional, Quit surroundings. I would stay here Again. Host were every responsive to the few questions we had. 5 STAR!!

10/10 we’ll be back

The house was amazing, the pictures don’t do the views justice. Loved the area very easy to get to downtown and Costco/Walmart and our favourite beaches. The place was stocked with lots of pool toys for the kids plus coolers umbrellas and chairs and sand toys everything you need for a beach day. The community pool playground and tennis courts we’re all very nice and well kept with light towers so the kids could play in the evenings. The hosts were very attentive and answered our questions immediately. The staff at the gates made us feel like we lived there. We stayed for a week with our 3 kids, and our friends plus their 3 kids. There was tons of room for everyone 4 bathrooms plus a 5 half bath by the pool so the kids didn’t have to dry off and go inside when they were playing at the private pool. Amazing views from all three levels and if you’re a bbq fanatic this place has a bbq with a view on all three floors!! I just can’t say enough good things about this rental. Definitely worth the price !

Amazingly beautiful

Everything was amo. The house is gorgeous. The pictures don’t do it justice. The sunrise in the morning with your cup of coffee on the patio was an everyday thing for me. My family and I were in love with the house. Differently telling my friends and family about our stay. Everything was amazing and just perfect.

Fantastic - everything promised and more

The pictures don’t do this property justice!

We booked this house for a group of 7 consisting of kids, adults and grandparents. The house is beautiful and on a very quiet street. The pictures don’t really do the house justice. It was very comfortable, relaxing and there was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, etc… for our week long stay. The artwork and decor of the house was stunning. The house is located very close to Costco so that made it convenient to get what we needed for our stay. It was also centrally located to visit surrounding towns like Todos Santos and San Jose del Cabo. Visiting the Marina in downtown Cabo was also very fun. The kids loved the pool and we spent many days swimming and lounging around the house. Highly recommend!

My wife and I enjoyed our two week stay. The house was very comfortable. We had our adult children stay for a portion of the time and our oldest daughter brought our grandchildren. Sorry for the hand prints on the glass at knee height. The house was great and had all the amenities. It was also good to see that a number of new restaurants had openned in the area. The access road is a bit tedious but wasn't a real issue. The only negative was that I used the club house exercise room daily for the first week and a half but was refused access for the last 4 days because apparently this part of Las Ventanas is no longer contributing to the club house upkeep. Otherwise no complaints.

Family Celebration

The house was a perfect fit for our entire family. From the different rooms that fit all 11 of us comfortably and spaciously. From enjoying playing card game on our first rainy day, to enjoying the pool and grill on our sunny afternoons. I am so glad we found this beautiful house to be able to celebrate our moms 70th bday all together in beautiful Cabo.

Best place to stay

To start off, we love the location of the property. It was about 15 mintues from the marina and all local attractions.The check in was really easy. The home is beautiful and well set up. My kids enjoyed the pool and community pool as well. Rooms are very spacious, the living and dinning fit our family just fine. It really fit a big family.

Wonderful place!!

Loved loved loved everything about this property. Close to Costco and an Oxxo. Very short drive to the beaches. Beautiful view. We had our family reunion here and the rooms worked out perfect for the individual families. The pictures just don’t do justice. The owners were great on communication when we reached out to them. Amazing view and pretty house

We had an amazing stay. Teresa and Juan Cortez were amazing replying instantly any question, before arrival, during stay and after. Took quick action for our requests. Jenni the property manager very kind and helpful. The house is so pretty well equipped with everything you will need. Very spacious, we were 5 kids and 7 adults and every couple with with had their own bedroom and bathroom. Confortable beds, we had enough towels for bath and beach. The kids enjoyed the pool, they had toys to play with, inflatables for little kids, so you can really have a good time. Everything was perfect no regrets.

Great location for a bachelorette or girls weekend

The house exceeded our expectations! There was so much space, the private pool, roof top, etc. The only downside is that it is a little far from everything so we had to uber everywhere but it all worked out and everyone enjoyed the stay.
