Coral Breeze is the ideal setting if you're looking to get away from it all and enjoy some quiet beach time with the whole family, including your dog. Set just six houses back from the beach, you'll love the peace and tranquility of the Coral Breeze beach house. This 3BR/2BA single story, pet-friendly, home comfortably sleeps 10 with a king bed in the master, queen bed in the second bedroom, two sets of twin bunk beds in the third bedroom, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

Interior appointments: fully-equipped kitchen, wireless internet, 3 TVs, charcoal grill on the property, washer and dryer, and high-end cotton linens.

The home is pet friendly for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $106 (dogs ONLY & certain restrictions apply).

​​​​​​​***Please note that this section of Fort Morgan regularly floods when the area experiences heavy rainfalls. The Coral Breeze house is one of the lowest points on the street and is a flood hazard when flash-flooding-type rains occur.***

Coral Breeze was a very nice beach rental and we so enjoyed our week there. The home was stocked with everything you need if you cook and a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend it!

The property was very clean; however, it does need some updating—property as well as furnishings. The steps need to be replaced. The location to the beach was certainly a plus. You could walk to the beach and be sitting in your chair in less than 5 minutes. Correspondence with the rental people was excellent. We will return if the steps are fixed. Rental price was comparable to other similar properties.

We really enjoyed staying here and would again! The only thing we found challenging was that some windows didn’t have curtains, and the ones that did, the curtains were so thin that it didn’t help with how bright it was. It was really difficult getting our 8 month old to sleep for naps and bedtime because the rooms were so bright.

Cute Little Vacation Home

This home is in a great location. Close to Tacky Jacks restaurant in Fort Morgan and Close to Fort Morgan Pier. The house overall was nice. Our AC went out and they had someone out within a couple hours to get it fixed. The only thing I had a problem with was the stairs. Some one the stairs are loose and have nails sticking out. Overall it was a great vacation home in a great spot. Just a short walk to the beach!

We loved our time at Coral Breeze! The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had almost everything we needed to cook at home, the water was hot and the a/c was cold; I don’t have any complaints! Great place to relax and only steps from the beach.

Location was Great!

Although it’s a little ways from gulf shores and orange beach… it’s perfect as the beach is not packed and within walking distance. The house was clean and checking in was easy! We plan to stay again.

Great Getaway

The location to the beach is wonderful. It was less than a minute walk and the beach is more private and secluded than areas of downtown. Our family travels with dogs, so pet friendly is a major plus! They also do not require atronomical deposit fees. It is about a 30 minute drive to the Hangout and other popular attractions but we were fine with that.

The house was just as described. It’s it a short walk to the beach and centrally located. It was perfect for our 3 family stay. The parking area floods and it had been raining so we pulled up to ankle deep water in the parking area. To be fair the description clearly states that the home is the first to flood. There were other houses nearby with other families and everyone was very friendly. Our kids all played together. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great stay but slightly disappointed

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of space for our family. We were disappointed that the appliances didn't work, particularly the dishwasher and having more than one garbage bag would be helpful. Several fixtures were broken or missing and an electrical outlet had wires sticking out. The wifi and cable were great! The patio provided a nice atmosphere. With some fixes, I would stay again but the property needs to be better maintained.

Coral Breeze

The location of the property was great. Within walking distance of the beach. Cleanliness was subpar. Floors, walls, doors, and even the dishes were dirty. I had to wash dishes before using them. Property management company should probably do some follow up with their cleaning company after they clean. I have stayed at much cleaner and better properties in the area over the last 10 years.

Family friendly

This was the second time staying at this property for us. The house has everything we needed and is very clean. There is plenty of space and it is extremely convenient to the beach. It rained on this trip and the flooding does happen under the house. This information is mentioned in the listing but the water does not drain and makes it difficult to access anything under the house. Over all, we love this property and would come back. The flooding issue definitely needs to be addressed since rain is frequent.

Great location but needs some maintenance

We had an overall great time. The biggest problem we had with this property was the driveway/carport. It had rained a lot before we got there and some while we were there. The drainage was slow and left the driveway/carport flooded. We unpacked and packed wading thru the water. The driveway/carport became slick and we had several falls with minor injuries. Door knobs need to be addressed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. AC was very efficient.

Needs some general upkeep

Overall, the house is nice and good location. But there are many issues that keep the house from being a great experience. The house is lacking general maintenance and upkeep that would have made the stay much nicer. Several light bulbs (in key areas like bathroom vanity) were burned out, there is no under house lighting except for motion light that goes out after a minute, the porch light is hanging on by wires and is twisted sideways, there are telephone wires just hanging from ceiling in dining room, several shutters are missing but they are laying under house, the BBQ grill that is advertised as an amenity is the cheapest little grill you can buy but it is broken and rusted, curtain rods are pulled from wall and barely holding on, and the dryer made a very loud screeching sound. The overall feel of the area beneath the house was dirty including the large amount of broken beach toys. The beds were good, some new living room furniture, great deck furniture and the AC was great. For the price, I would expect a little more attention to detail.

A 1 minute walk to the beach

We love staying in the ft Morgan area because it is usually not as populated! Pros to property: - 1 minute walk to the beach, bring a wagon so you don’t have to carry all your beach gear! - quiet road, has a Tacky Jacks restaurant less than a minute down the road - large rooms with beds that are pretty comfortable -DOG FRIENDLY!!! A biggie for us! Cons: - washer made an awful noise anytime we used it, rattled the whole house and could hear it from outside. This happened even with small loads?? - nails in stairs that were a hazard, my husband ended up hammering some back in so we didn’t get hurt. - quick walk to the beach is mostly road, gets very hot and immediate sand is just as bad. Only a problem if you are like us and refused to wear shoes to the beach. - we did have someone in a badged car (maybe rental group) that stopped by while we were on the porch and clearly took pictures of us from the driveway, did not introduce himself. This made us fairly uncomfortable. - the charcoal grill advertised has seen better days, almost seemed unusable so we bought a cheap one Overall the house was a good experience, even with the cons we would rent this house again

Great house, perfect location!

The house had plenty of space to spread out and the kids loved the bunk room. The house was very clean and beds were super comfortable. This is our favorite neighborhood to stay when we come to fort Morgan. Dog friendly is a bonus. I would love to stay here again!
