There is a screened in porch off the living area, facing Maryland Avenue. Guests will find this screen porch a relaxing place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings or relax after a day in the sand. Maryland Gardens is located about one half block from the beach and boardwalk. Guests can take advantage of this central location and walk everywhere, including to the many shops and restaurants of Rehoboth Avenue. There is off-street parking available for one car (please note that trucks and SUVs will not fit in this space), as well as one on-street parking permit. This unit is non-smoking. Per the condo association, pets are not permitted.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals.
