This coastal-themed and newly renovated condo in Palmetto Dunes offers amazing ocean and pool views! The first-floor location will make this condo accessible for everyone! Gain access to the balconies from both bedrooms, as well as the living room. This open floor plan allows for breathtaking views from every room. The living room features a flatscreen TV with a queen sleeper sofa. The main bedroom features a king with a private bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower and flatscreen TV. The guest bedroom has two queens with coastal chic furniture, an updated walk-in shower, and flatscreen TV. The HVAC has a Micropower Guard Filtration System with a UV Oxidation System for healthier and fresher air circulation. Villamare is located on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Atlantic Ocean and is convenient to all the amenities Hilton Head offers. In addition to its location, Villamare also offers a private washer/dryer, an on-site fitness center, an indoor heated pool, as well as a gorgeous oceanfront pool.

From Memorial Day to Labor Day, Palmetto Dunes has the free Beach Buggy that will come and pick you up and bring you to the beach and drive you back home.
Non-smoking home
October 15, 2023 - April 30, 2024, the main pool will be closed. The new serenity/adult pool and main pool will be under construction. The indoor pool and fitness center will remain open.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We have been coming to HH for over 7 years and just love it here

Everything was wonderful besides two days with our air not working - it was 81 degrees both nights overnight and that was hard for everyone

Great place and great location!!

We absolutely love staying here each year. Such a nice place, very pretty. The location is perfect, very convenient…we love being able to walk on the beach or ride our bikes. We would highly recommend it!!

Loved the unit and fabulous location. Everything was clean comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious and wonderful showers. Easy walk to beach, pools and hot tubs as well as recreation areas. Everything you could hope for. Already planning on returning next year.

Great spot to relax

This condo was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Great location with access to restaurants, tennis and pickle ball, and other entertainment. Just a short walk to the pool and the beach. Great place to stay and would highly recommend!!!

Happy in Hilton

Very nice unit and location. Pools were new and a definite bonus of the property. Communication was good with the property managers. Only negative is the outside of the building is showing some wear.

Great relaxing short stay

Condo very clean and accessible, convenient to the tennis/pickleball center & beautiful landscaping. Love the luggage carts to bring our bags from the car to the condo easily. Bright and cheery furnishings. Would definitely stay again

We loved the first floor accommodation, very close to the pool and beach walkway. Lovely view of the pond from our room. Very clean upon arrival, spacious bedrooms! Suited our group perfectly. Plan to stay again in the future! Thank you for allowing us to share your beautiful space.

Wonderful vacation property!

This condo allowed for such a relaxing and enjoyable vacation! Easy access to the beach allowing you to be able to go back and forth quickly, plus a super nice swimming pool and sun deck area to enjoy when the beach got to be too windy. The condo itself was clean and comfortable and provided our family with everything we needed to make more great memories in Hilton Head! Extra bonus was the fun turtles that greeted you from the walkway and ponds every morning! Highly recommend!

Great Place

We really loved our stay! Normally, one of our boys has to use a pullout couch but the 2nd bedroom had 2 queen beds so no one had to. Great access to the ocean! We loved the indoor pool, fitness center, hot tub and sauna. We can't wait to come back and try out the outdoor pools. We love Hilton Head! Favorite restaurants are One Hot Mama's, Annie-o's and Lowcountry Backyard. We definitely would stay here again!

Overall everything was great. Short distance to pool/beaches. The general store outside of the community was a hit for us and the kids to grab quick needed things. Would recommend.

Snow Jam 2025!

The property was in a beautiful spot. The condo very nice with all the amenities needed. it snowed four inches on our second night so we couldn't explore as much as we would have liked. We made the best of it! Thank you Fat Baby, Hinchey's, Brother Shuckers, Hilton Head Tavern and Lulu's for being open. Can't wait to come back when the weather is warmer!

Fall Getaway

Just a quick trip with friends - great location right on the beach. Would have been nice to know about the construction projects and pool closure before booking. Exterior was a little dated a But the condo has been redone inside and was very nice and comfortable. Great beds and showers - always a plus!

Beautiful condo!

We love this condo and have rented it now 3 times. Very clean, beautifully appointed and so close to beach and pool. Two items that would improve the experience is better sheets in MB (the fitted sheet came coming off and they are quite thin) and routine lubricating sliding door to balcony as it was extremely difficult to open.

We love this condo and the property. They are doing a lot of updating on the property which did cause us some problems. The property manager was so helpfull and the so was Vacassa. We will be back. We love that there is now an adult pool as well as a pool for kids. We have stayed in this complex before and all the updates are great.

Wonderful!

The condo was clean and was exactly what the photos show. Great location to pool-beach. Would definitely stay in this unit again. A couple of issues were ; dishwasher did not work, the sliding door in one bedroom had a broken handle, could not use. I called and they did offer to come fix these issues same day.
