Hermoso condominio de lujo con baños recién renovados y múltiples características actualizadas. El nuevo baño principal cuenta con una cabina de ducha con una escalera de paso de pared y cerámica de azulejos. La cocina espaciosa cuenta con roca de río en el respaldo y las paredes. La gran sala ofrece asientos amplios y también cuenta con una chimenea eléctrica de lujo para noches más frías o el ambiente si lo desea.

Hay una cama tipo peluche en el dormitorio principal, una reina y un gemelo en el segundo dormitorio y cuatro camas individuales (estilo literas) en el tercer dormitorio más pequeño. Hay 3 grandes televisores de pantalla plana en la gran sala, dormitorio principal y dormitorio 2. Se ha agregado Wi-Fi privado a esta unidad para un servicio ininterrumpido. Esta planta baja, unidad de frente de la piscina es perfecto para su próxima escapada o vacaciones prolongadas.

Love this property. Huge community pool, hot tub. Beach is ideal. Grocery stores close by. Restaurants too. Only thing we don’t like is the 10am checkout time. That’s really early.

Overall really happy with our stay. The only down fall that there is no way to clean up messes easily with little kids. A dust pan would be a nice addition, especially with all the sand from going in and out.

Great unit, close to pool and beach. We love Colony Reef.

Check-in was a breeze and flexible. The unit was clean and we loved being on the bottom floor. The unit is very close to the pool and beach. Family room was great. Kitchen could use some additional items such as mixing bowls, plastic containers with lids, plastic cups, etc. Would be great to add a ceiling fan to the patio, family room and guest bedroom.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 4 plus 2 more relatives had a great time at CRC 1106. The ground floor access really opened up the space since we could use the patio as an extension of the condo. A word of caution to families with teens: the 3rd “bedroom” is big enough for 4 bunk beds and that’s it. It’s really intended for little kids, not teenagers. My girls slept on the bottom bunks and were okay, but the lack of space for suitcases was an issue for them. We still had a great time and didn’t really stay inside much with the pool and ocean so close to the room. The Colony Reef staff was very attentive to any and all concerns, not for our stay, but you could tell they were constantly addressing issues from other guests.

Great place, close to the pool, but not loud at all. We loved walking out the patio door and being right at the pool or headed towards the beach.

Stay in St. Augustine

Overall it was a very nice place to stay....the bunk room isn't very big when you put four kids and their luggage in it but we made it work. The dining table is pretty crowded when you have eight people around it too. The week we were there the weather was FANTASTIC so we spent a lot of time out of our unit which worked out good given the size. The beach is wonderful. The pools, hot tub, games room and other amenities are all very nice and well looked after. We had a maintenance issue which was looked after quite quickly. We would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing !

Great stay ! Amazing view . Loved seeing kids my kids met a lot of new friends ! Amazing sunrise view every morning. Saw bunnies and tortoises . We will defiantly back !

We usually stay at a different condo complex on Anastasia Island but this one is much nicer. We loved the indoor pool. Three minor complaints. A real BBQ (propane) would be nice. The George Foreman electric thing just doesn't come anywhere close to an true BBQ. Also, my wife and I both found the master bedroom mattress to be uncomfortable. Lastly, later hours on the hot tub would be good. As posted, it closes at dusk. However, in October, it's dark quite a while before a normal bedtime and is closed during prime hot tub time.

Third Year Return Family of 8 - Will change units next time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Same unit second year in a row, but this time it was different. We had some unfortunate circumstances to take place with the unit/condo itself. However, the staff at the condo was responsive and helpful in every way. Stuff is going to happen. Things are going to break. It’s how you respond to it that makes the difference, and Colony Reef staff made all the difference in the world!We will most likely stay in Colony Reef again, but a different unit. I believe we provided feedback the last time on the poor quality of the Master bed’s mattress. It seems a mattress topper was put on since, but it makes no difference. We aren’t bed snobs. We can’t afford to be. However, this mattress feels like a slab of concrete. It hurt our backs each night, and that’s not a typical complaint from us. I’m assuming the owners just don’t want to invest in the upgrade. Otherwise, besides that and the broken washing machine that leaked transmissions fluid on the floor, the other furniture and amenities are nice. It’s a good location to the pool. The staff is top notch! Thank you for helping us!

Bacasiones

Es un lugar tranquilo y cómodo pero en la cocina le faltan cucharones y para menear la comida y tabla para picar vegetales y a también ay cosas debajo d las camas como material d construcción y da un mal aspecto pero apartando todo eso el lugar es muy bueno para bacasiones con la familia y amigos

Giving 2 stars on condition and cleanliness because our condo had not been properly cleaned, food was on the floor, sliding glass door was extremely hard to open (kids could not open it) and dryer took 200 minutes to dry anything. It was very clean when we arrived and everything was in good operating condition. This is always not the case when you rent a vacation condo. The Colony Reef Club management were easy to do deal with and very helpful. This is our third year at this complex. The gym and heated pool are bonuses. There is no shortage of restaurants in St Augustine to satisfy everyone's taste.j

Perfect Beach Vacation

Only needs new couches and recliner due to peeling leather and duck tape used to cover rips. Needs cookie sheets to bake on. Dryer required 2 full cycles to dry any load, that was a huge inconvenience. Other than these things it was a wonderful and comfortable stay.
