Incredible view from the large balcony….overlooked the beautiful pool as well as the ocean. The condo accommodations were spacious, very clean, and well appointed. I’ve stayed in condos at Crescent Beach for over 50 years and this one ranks in the top five!

It was a wonderful 3 day weekend for my husbands birthday. The condo was grea, very clean, comfortable furniture. We spent the majority of our time on the very large balcony. There was a great view of the pool & ocean. The weather was a little rainy at times but there was plenty of room to sit on the balcony still under roof & not get rained on. We will definitely be back.

Perfect family vacation!

Probably the best vacation in years! The condo is spacious and beautiful. The deck is beyond anything we’ve had before. All 7 of of us fit comfortably on it with room to spare. The kids loved the small room with their own beds and tv. From the bedrooms to the kitchen everything you need is right there for you. Every room is well appointed. I could go on and on!! Beautiful beach with a sparkling clean condo and a view you will never forget. Your hosts are as amazing as the condo. Easy to talk with and promptly answered any questions. We are already wanting to go back!!

Perfect Condo, Perfect View, Great Location

This condo was truly about the details. The owners thought of everything you would need for a week of family fun. From throw blankets, to games, to books, to hooks for towels and clothes. We did miss a thing. The condo was very clean and comfy for our party of 6 (4 adults and 2 teens). It was perfect for my parents to sit on the balcony and perfect for my teens to get to the beach. It made it easy for my husband and I to enjoy as well because we were not worried about anyone else. The owner was very responsive with my questions. We would defnitley stay her again. Thanks for a week of great memories!

Great Location

4th Floor condo with view of the ocean and pool. Directly across from the elevator and stairs. Condo is exactly as it appears in the pictures and descriptions. Great balcony furnishings with a gentle ocean breeze. Close to restaurants, activities and historic St. Augustine.

Perfect for a Family Getaway

This condo was perfect for a holiday getaway with our 92 year old mother. The elevator location was right across from the entry door, and the reclining furniture worked well for her. The place was also well stocked and very clean.

Wonderful

We had the best time and the condo was perfect. 4 out of the 5 of us flew in so Linda was gracious enough to have beach chairs for us to borrow. The condo had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable.

Great location! One of the best stocked kitchens ever!

The 3 bedroom was great for our family vacation (5 adults, 2 kids ages 8 & 10). They had the best stocked kitchens with every utensil and small appliance that I have at home. I appreciated that it was good pots and pans and everything In the kitchen was top notch: we cooked in all but 2 meals the entire week. I took plenty of garbage bags and spices, etc. but she had those there as well. Convenience to the pool and to the beach. My grand daughters wanted home made ice cream each day, so I did take my ice cream maker. They would sit on the balcony each evening looking out over the ocean eating their ice cream. We were there for 4th July and opted not to go into town for fireworks….there was plenty being shot off around us and on the beach. It was awesome! Will definitely go back again and would chose this condo again in a heartbeat.

Couldn’t be better

Immaculate, beautifully updated decor and very comfortable beds and furniture . Equipped with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen . Owners are easy to communicate with and promptly return texts when we have a question. Colony Reef offers a large pool, and an additional bonus of a large grassy area young people and children gather to play ball and meet new friends.

Vacation time

Very clean condo in all rooms. Kitchen cookware, utensils, etc. adequate for cooking. Balcony view of ocean is great to enjoy anytime of the day or night. Food trucks were available throughout the week. Hoping to be able stay again next year.

Amazing Stay !

This was the second time we stayed at this condo of Ed and Linda's on St. Augustine beach. We are so happy with the place. Very clean! The balcony has a wonderful view of the ocean, pool, hot tub, courtyard and boardwalk; Fun ! The balcony had relaxing chairs and a table with chairs for meals, working, or games.. Perfect amount of Christmas decorations; not too many and just enough to remind you it is Christmas at the beach! All the appliances worked very well (grill on balcony, washer, dryer, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, etc.). Ed and Linda were very responsive hosts; thoughtful and caring. Thank you Ed and Linda for allowing us to stay at your condo during Christmas.

June 24-July 1

My family really enjoyed our stay here. This was our 2nd time at CRC but 1st time in this unit. CRC has beautiful grounds/ocean views, big pool & very family friendly. There were also food trucks on site throughout the week which was a nice surprise. We thought this unit was very nice. Super clean, nice furniture & tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked and quality cookware/utensils, etc provided. Nice balcony furniture, great views. Linda (owner) was really nice and responded quickly to any of my questions. A previous review mentioned elevator noise which concerned me a little. The unit is directly across from the elevator (very convenient with kids). While I did notice a little humming noise sometimes, it wasn't bothersome at all (other family members didn't even notice it) & definitely would not let that be a deciding factor for renting this unit. We had a great experience all around & I would highly recommend renting this unit!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful vacation! The condo was very clean and the owner was very helpful and responsive to my messages. The kitchen was well stocked. Little details were present throughout the condo that made it have a special feel. Throw blankets, games, and DVDs were in the condo. We enjoyed the patio furniture, grill, and the beautiful view! The grounds were landscaped nicely. The pickle ball/tennis courts were also a plus. Being able to drive on the beach was very convenient. We highly recommend this unit at Colony Reef!
