Paradise Cove on The Gulf is a Florida Keys Paradise for Everyone. This is a modern design home with sleek lines, spacious decks, and the Crystal waters of the Gulf of Mexico, a hop, skip, and a jump from your back door. The modern and nautical theme invites you to unwind and soak up the sun. Modern kitchen and open concept floor plan. Lots of amenities, including a Margarita machine, barbecue, wine cooler, washer, dryer, dishwasher. Flat-screen TV with CABLE TV in all rooms with high-speed internet. Comfortable beds with 900 + thread count sheets and plenty of covers and pillows to use. More than enough pool towels are accessible near the pool area, and new kitchen appliances to cater to 12 people. The Luxurious Master suite with modern amenities and features is on the north side of the house with a king-size bed.

The Laundry room is also in this area, and a full-size bath is across from the laundry area.

The South side of the house has 4 bedrooms: one with a King-size bed, one with two queen-size beds, and two additional rooms, one with two double beds and the other with a double bed. The two hall baths service these rooms.

There are plenty of activities to do around Marathon, but the house itself makes you want to stay in and enjoy the view and the amenities it has to offer. This home is set up to accommodate 12 peoplecomfortably.

Paradise Cove on the Gulf is a fishermen's dream come true, with plenty of room to accommodate your trailers and toys in the front yard. A free public ramp on the corner of Aviation and Harbour Drive is right around the corner. Located on Dodge Lake on the Gulfside of the highway. You have quick access by boat to the Gulf or the Ocean.The Gulf of Mexico is right around the corner and close to the 7 Mile Bridge or Vaca Cut to boat out to the Atlantic Ocean. Snorkeling at Sombrero Light is a fun family trip. If you don't have a boat, no problem, there are charter boats that can take you there.

Some other activities by boat include Scuba Diving and Fishing, which are a quick boat ride from this home.

Sombrero Beach is a short 5-minute drive. Also, Bahia Honda State Park is about a 30-minute drive from the house.

For the fisherman You also have a brand new commercial ice maker machine that produces 250 lbs per day of ice and holds 110 lbs, along with a freezer to hold your bait and catch, a 48' dock with a fish cleaning station with fresh running water, lights, and an electric outlet. The dock can accommodate up to a 50-foot boat with a 4-foot draft.

For everyone else, this home provides two kayaks and two paddleboards, a secondary dock, which is a floating dock, making it easy for you to launch right from the backyard. There is a ping pong table in the breezeway and close to the outdoor spaces where the pool and the docks are located.Ping Pong Table, 6 bikes, A basketball hoop to play day or night. This property is dog friendly, so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking.
