'Casa Del Mar' se encuentra en una propiedad única y protegida frente al mar, rodeada por un espectacular mar azul celeste e islas cercanas que ofrecen fantásticas actividades de pesca, snorkel, canotaje o simplemente explorando las prístinas playas naturales que abundan. Verdaderamente algunas de las aguas más hermosas sin tocar en cualquier parte del mundo.

La villa está ubicada en la mejor zona de la ribera directa y sin obstrucciones de febrero Point con vistas panorámicas de las aguas circundantes. Villa tiene su propio muelle privado y mirador.

Perfect place to stay!

We had a great time in Exuma and this place was perfect for us! The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The owner and property manager were quick to respond with any questions we had and we would definitely stay here again!

This villa is incredible—the views are breathtaking, and the house is stocked with everything you could need! The kitchen had all the essentials, plus there were beach towels, toys, floats, and even a dock for our boat.My favorite part? Soaking in the main bath every night while watching the ocean.This is by far the best house we’ve ever stayed in. We can’t wait to come back!

Incredible house & perfect spot for family of five. Great location for access to Stocking island, Georgetown, and beach activities. Michael answered pretrip questions and gave us great ideas for activities and boat rental with Dwight and Dwight Junior, which was a blast! Cynthia and her crew shopped for groceries before we arrived and made our stay even nicer throughout.Absolutely stunning views of the water! Kayak and paddleboard included. Extremely short walk to two pools, restaurant, and spa services. Highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Stay here...you will not go wrong. This villa is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay and for your enjoyment. You can snorkel right off the back and see amazing fish, turtles and sting rays in the mornings and late afternoons. February Point has a beautiful beach and pool. You won't want to leave ever!

Great Vacation house

Loved the house, ideal to have the beach club a 1 minute walk, for the pool and the restaurant with great kid’s menu. I do suggest you rent a car for grocery shopping or visiting the island. The house was wonderful and very well equipped!

Incredible house and location

This house is absolutely wonderful. The location is ideal and is in a gated community. The pool area is a 1 minute walk. This is a must stay! Highly recommend renting a boat!

Fabulous Waterfront Villa

The views from the windows were spectacular! This house was awesome, plush, and had everything you need for a 5 star vacation. It is very close to Georgetown and ideally situated to everything. My family can’t wait to come back to stay in this Exuma paradise.

Such an amazing house and location!!

My husband and two teenage boys stayed there and it was truly an incredible experience. The house is beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. The owner was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed and was very great in communicating. I also loved that the house was in a great location close to grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!

The property was amazing. Owners supplied lots of water toys (snorkel gear, water floats, kayaks) Location was close to town. February Point is a beautiful safe area with friendly staff. House was clean and everything we could have needed. Saw turtles and nurse shark from dock. Just gorgeous place.

Wow. Beautiful home.

We had a great week at Villa H. The home is beautifully decorated and well stocked. The beds ands couch are very comfortable. The outside landscaping is so pretty. We loved sitting on the dock enjoying our coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect House for our Group

The home was very clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We had a chef cook for us 2 nights and he commented the same. The bedrooms were a perfect retreat at night and the mattress/bed linens extremely nice. Great stay, we will definitely be back.

Best Trip EVER

This house was the perfect place for our trip!! It was located in the middle of everything and was so convenient. Having a marina and boat slip meant we got to rent a boat for week for all of our exploring. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. This was by far our best vacation we’ve ever taken. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing house, amazing view, amazing location

The house was so beautiful and clean with everything you needed. Loved having the dock to pull the boat right up to the house and to sit on in the evenings. The location was just 3 minutes to town by boat or car and the views of the water from the house and beautiful outdoor spaces is the prettiest on the island!
