A new shower house located on the beach path offers a convenient place to rinse off sandy feet and beach gear. Enjoy morning coffee and sunset cocktails from your own private balcony.

This breezy one-bedroom condo features coastal decor and all the essentials of home including a full-size kitchen everything you need to whip up some snacks for the beach or a visit to the shared pool. After a day at the beach, unwind in the living room with your favorite shows or a family movie on the wall-mounted smart TV. Modern must-haves include mini-split AC units and free WiFi.

Too small and lousy customer service

Check in. The people we encountered as we checked in were pleasant. Upon arriving at the condo we thought it was clean and pretty well-stocked. That is the good news. HOWEVER< There is so much furniture crammed into a small space. There was a lamp by the bed but nowhere to plug it in. The air conditioner unit is LOUD and the tech who came by to "service it" did not know how to make the growling sound (that was persistent throughout the night) stop growling. My husband finally turned the bedroom unit off so we could sleep. WHO places a loud unit like that 2 feet away from a bed? The issue with parking is ridiculous. We will NEVER return to HHI during peak season. The "customer service" rep never relayed my message to the owner and my call was never returned by someone who could have helped with that issue. (She was rude and was hanging up on me when I said" please don't hang up." We were given two different codes (for pool and gate entry) in our check in information ~ and BOTH of them were incorrect. The pool gate sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. For the price of this tiny unit, we expected more. We would not work with Vacasa again due to the rudeness and unresponsiveness of the 24 hour switchboard person we encountered.

Great Location

We liked the walkability of the location, private beach access, plenty of instructions/information. We never had a problem finding a parking space. If you need any food supplies there's a grocery store close by. The couch might be at the end of its life. Otherwise, everything was neat and clean. We would stay again.

Do not rent this unit unless you like a constantly beeping thermostat

The unit is a little dated, but is in an ideal location and is next to the beach. The major downside to this unit is that the thermostat beeps intermittently. You can turn it off for a few hours, but then it starts beeping again and won't turn off until you disconnect the unit. In which case you won't have air conditioning. We tried to speak with the rental company, but they were not able to help, thus the poor rating on this unit.

Short pre-summer getaway

My wife and I had a 3-day stay and loved it. The unit is perfect size for a couple. Location on the island is great for easy access to restaurants and shopping. Our favorite part, though, was the beach is only steps away! Highly recommend!

My experience

The room was as expected, however getting entrance to the room was a challenge as the code provided didn’t work. It was frustrating communicating with your company via text and needed to call and speak with someone. We were finally put in touch with the location maintenance crew who got us the correct lock box code and access code to the space that wasn’t any of the codes provided during our trouble shooting. The janitorial staff disrupted us on Monday mid day and didn’t know our check out date, then disrupted us again on Tuesday because they didn’t know we paid for late check out and the most critical issue is the presence of black mold in the shower area which is very concerning to me that I and my significant other were exposed to this. My experience with your company and space started out great and went down in flames by the end of our stay.

This was THE best place I have ever stayed at. The accommodations were unlike no other. The kitchen was fully stocked with cutlery, pots/pans, glasses, knives. We only needed to stock the fridge with our food/drinks. The villa included 3 beach chairs! I was so shocked. Our family of 3 didn't run out of towels either which I was shocked by. Wifi worked amazing. TV's worked great. Bed's were comfortable. I have zero complaints! We will never stay in a hotel again. This is our new place to stay when visiting Hilton Head Island!

This condo was perfect for our stay. Located near the elevator/stairs, pool and with an ocean view, it was well situated. Inside was updated and comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed and more.

Great stay overall!

We were satisfied with everything about the condo except for the bed. Not just being uncomfortable, but VERY SQUEAKY! Every time one of us moved the entire bed would squeak. Also, please note if you plan on doing any cooking there are no condiments (salt, pepper, oil, most places we've stayed at had these) and there is one frying pan that doesn't sit flat so it makes cooking a challenge. Otherwise the unit was very clean and it's a great location. We choose the same complex every time and really enjoy how close it is to everything and the ocean views!

Beautiful

The place was exactly as pictured. Great location. I am staying an additional 3 days. Only thing missing was a full length mirror, Keurig coffee pot, and butter knives. Their were only steak knives. I bought a few and left them. Will definitely rent again. I'm from Michigan. I did have a little trouble with TVs until I got it figured out. I hate leaving tomorrow 😭. Thank you for this beautiful place.

Cute condo

The condo was super cute and nice. It was clean. The AC worked great. The building was beachfront, but this condo doesn't have much of a view of the beach. I believe I put that in my filters, so was disappointed in the view of the parking lot. It was a cute condo tho. It technically sleeps 6, but it would definitely be cramped with 6 people. The management company was very quick to respond to any questions. Cute pool there too! Other than the view (of the parking lot), was pleased.

Horrible customer service

Sat outside our room for 3 hours in the heat trying to get someone to give us the door code we never received by email. Called them several times ( after hour arrival) and 3 hours later finally got someone who knew what to do. Bedroom air beeped the entire time. One text and 2 voice mails left and no one ever returned the call or sent anyone to fix it. Made for a fun time to sleep. Location was awesome They need to tell you the pool code. Their is no beach code needed, and that isn’t the pool gate code. Laundry is somewhere on the property along with the trash dumpsters and we never saw either. Would be nice for that kind of info to be left in the packet they insist you get prior to check in that only has advertisements and your car parking pass The management company needs serious improvements
