Excellent. Location is very nice. Good walking neighborhood. Hostess was superb. She was very generous and helpful. I would stay here again.

Very nice appartement in nice neighbourhood

Host was very friendly and gave a lot of information. Apartment is nice, spacious and quiet. We stayed there for the olympics and it was convenient to travel around.

Super apartment a bus ride from everything

We had a great time in this cute little apartment above a great restaurant. Our host was super friendly and gave us tons of local spots to check out. Slightly out of the main tourist area but super safe and no trouble to hop on a bus and get anywhere.

Great Apartment But Not Quite as Advertised

We loved the apartment itself, the neighborhood is great, and the host was very quick to respond to any questions. But, be aware that this is not 10 mins from the Champs-Élysées unless you are driving at 4am. By public transit it’s a solid 30 minutes. The apartment additionally does not have Air Conditioning - an important detail for our late June stay.

Hello i m glad that you loved the appartment. If you leave from pont thé Neuilly station it s only 5 stops metro direct to Champs Elysées, and you have the bus down the house. There are vans for Air Condition as it s raining a lot in Paris. !!! I m glad you enjoy Paris ((-;

The location was fantastic, and the apartment itself was very clean and spacious—overall, a comfortable stay. However, there were a couple of unexpected aspects worth mentioning.It was unusual to find food left in the refrigerator by the owner, as in all of our previous stays in different locations, the fridge has always been completely empty and cleaned out.Additionally, the listing indicated that the apartment had air conditioning, but there was no air conditioning system in the unit. Had we known, we would have chosen a different place. We had to rely on open windows to cool the flat, which was somewhat effective. While we were fortunate to have just two particularly hot days, keeping the windows open led to another issue: a significant number of mosquitoes. Unfortunately, the whole family ended up with mosquito bites each night, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.I believe it's important for the apartment description to accurately reflect the amenities provided. If there is no actual air conditioning unit, it should not be listed as an available amenity.

Dear guests. The air condition has a problèm before your arrival and in july and August the supplier are on holidays but it Will be fixe for sure in september and if you come back there Will have air condition for sure i m glad to read that you love the appartment and you enjoy it. For the mosquitos there is plug in each room so may be you did not find it. You should ask me and for sure i would provide for you. The cleaner left some food as bread and butter and jam for the guest who wanted to have something to eat as they are tired from their travel. So far i m happy to have you and sorry for the disagreement Hope to see you again Very kind regards

Fabulous apartment in a wonderful neighborhood

We spent 3 nights in this apartment and everything exceeded out expectations. The host was wonderful and made sure we had all the info we needed to enjoy our stay. We took an Uber from the train station because of the amount of luggage we had, but there are public transit options that will get you to the area. This place was clean and well appointed with all the usual necessities available (adequate towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies, etc). The washing machine was a nice plus. There is an elevator (lift) available for use and the building is very secure. The main building entry is locked at night and there is motion sensing security lighting in the courtyard for when you return after dark. The apartment was EXACTLY as pictured and in a great, quiet, upscale neighborhood. Cafe restaurants and a grocery store are just around the corner and there are bus stops for multiple routes to get to anywhere in Paris all within a 2-3 min walk. We usually were out until late at night and felt perfectly safe walking from the bus stop back to the apartment every night. We visited Versailles and the transportation process from the apartment was easy...short bus ride to the metro terminal, then a transfer to a train. This place is on our "keeper" list of places we will definitely book again for our next visit to Paris!

You are at the roof top ! view are amazing your hear birds singing it’s quiet and Peacefull. You have 2 terrasses ! You have a very large leaving room full of light and a jacuzzi if you you want to relax! You are not far from Champs Elysées, Eiffel Tower and line 1 is amazing to find all spots and you have the bus just down the house which allow you to go everywhere ! Neuilly is one of the most fancy place near Paris and it’s green with many trees in the street nice houses and very clean. ! You will love it. Many restaurants and bars.
