Kitchen perks include a prep island, wine fridge, and dual ovens. After a full day at the nearby beach, come home to the relaxation of the living room. Turn on the TV and enjoy a viewing of a favorite show or movie. Or curl up with a good book and catch up on some reading. The expansive kitchen is great for big group dinners. It sparkles with stainless steel appliances.

Don’t neglect to take advantage of the dreamy outdoor space. The beautifully landscaped yard is enclosed, making it the perfect place for kids to frolic safely. Play yard games, grill dinner, and dine alfresco.

Great spacious home

Out stay at this beautiful Rehoboth Beach coastal home was absolutely perfect. We had a large group of over 10 people and the house had more than enough space for us to cook, sleep, and eat. The backyard was great for all us dog owners. Great place!

Wonder house for a family vacation

The house was great. We loved the big open kitchen and large dining space so we could all be together when we cooked and hung out. The location is great and just a short walk to the beach.

Perfect for Us!

My family stayed here for Christmas and it was incredible! Such a perfect place for a large family to spend time together. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Best of all, the house was just a few blocks away from the beach and town!

Great home

We lived our stay in this home. The furniture was very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. It was wonderful that there was a separate bath for each bedroom. The location is very convenient to the downtown area. This is a very large house and had everything we needed to stay there for a week.

Fabulous Beach House!

This vacation rental is absolutely fabulous! The pictures online are lovely but even more beautiful in person. Incredibly spacious with three separate living/family rooms: Main level, upstairs bonus room and lower level game room each with seating for 8-10 people. Stunning kitchen and extra large dining table that seats 12 plus island seating for 6-8!Bedrooms all very large and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and entire property was very clean! A MUST stay!

Great house

Really enjoyed staying here. Was in town to run the marathon. House had everything we needed and then some. There was an ant problem in one bathroom and one of the tv remotes didn’t work. All minor issues. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house!

Great place! Love the backyard and basement game room. Kitchen is Beautiful. W/D was troublesome but I’m sure they’ll get that figured out. Only downsides from my perspective are that the furniture feels like a hotel lobby vs. a cozy vacation home.

The perfect please

We were so impressed with this property. The house is well decorated with very vi gotta le furniture. Three areas to lounge and get away. Bedrooms were large and really liked the main bedroom mattress. You can park your car and walk everywhere. I’m definitely going back.

This house is perfectly appointed. The furnishings and amenities are high end, and the concierge service for both the trash and linen is amazing. I only took one star off for cleanliness because of the ant problem other people have listed in their reviews. We had sugar ants pop up everywhere (even in upstairs bedrooms) despite the traps. It could use some new pans, but otherwise the kitchen is amazing! One of the bath mats had dog pee (I hope it was dog) to the point where the bathroom and bedroom smelled horrible - but I just threw the bathmats in the wash and used the ones provided by the linen service. Bottom line, despite some minor issues this house was immaculate and exactly what we needed. 10/10 will be booking again in the future!

Great family rental

We were a group of five adults, two toddlers, and two dogs, and this spacious home was absolutely perfect for us. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and the house was well-stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen amenities and linens to a helpful starter pack with paper products and soaps/detergents. We especially appreciated the variety of gathering spaces—three distinct indoor areas plus the outdoor patio and porch—which gave us lots of flexibility for relaxing and spending time together. I would highly recommend this home for families, especially those traveling with pets. As mentioned in some other reviews, we did encounter a minor ant problem during our stay. However, Vacasa was extremely responsive—they had a local crew at the house within a few hours to address the issue. I found Vacasa to be very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Their text updates and online tools made communication quick and easy.

A great family home

A great home for a family. Well laid out with a ground floor ‘master’ bedroom with attached bath for those who wish to avoid stairs and an additional ‘master bedroom’ with attached bath upstairs with plenty of rooms/beds for kids, etc. The open kitchen was well appointed which made for cooking dinner together as a family fun for all. The home comes with beach chairs and umbrellas. Though it is leisurely walk to the Main Street and the beach though possible but probably a bit of an effort to carry chairs/umbrellas/etc. on a walk to the beach (we drove). Would highly recommend the home!

Great Stay!

Perfect house for 8 friends - plenty of space to spread out or gather as a group. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, and other equipment (2 dishwashers!). Weather cooperated so no problem to walk downtown or the beach. Also appreciated not being presented with a lengthy list of rules. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again despite a few minor issues (only 1 dishtowel, no garbage bags and wonky trash/recycling bin, etc.).

Defective smoke alarm woke us up three mornings in a row. Property manager said she couldn’t hear the smoke alarm while I was on the phone with her and holding it up to the device. When technician finally arrived he heard it and dismantled the defective device. There were lots of ants in the kitchen. Shower had mold in it. Not all dishes and pots and pans were clean. Beds needed vacuuming to remove abundant dirt. Not worth the price based on the state of the property.

Beautiful house in a perfect location! Everything was walking distance and the neighborhood was very safe and well kept. House was very clean except for the ant problem in kitchen and one of the bathrooms. The Vacasa team was very responsive in helping this issue. Game room was great at night as well as back patio. The house even had some toys which kept my two year old entertained! Grill grates were very rusty so they could definitely be replaced as we had to use foil whenever we used it but overall excellent place to stay for a family vacation!

Friends vacation

We stayed at this location in August 2023. The management company was very easy to get ahold of and helpful throughout the booking process to stay. The rooms were as described and comfortably fit our family and friends. The downsides - it’s quiet a walk to the beach. We ended up driving to the beach and luckily there was ample parking available. There was at least one dirty comforter on the beds. Lastly, given the significant cost of the rental for the week I was expecting nicer bath towels (they were very rough), hand towels for the kitchen, hand soap for all bathrooms with towels available as well, and even some basics in the kitchen (there was nothing in the cabinets - no cooking oil, spices), paper towels and toilet paper (only one roll was provided for each bathroom for the week) If you book this rental you really need to bring everything, minus the kitchen sink.

Phenomenal location, spacious home, needs some updating.

We stayed at this home from July 8th through the 15th. The location just can't be better. You are literally a three-minute drive from the beach (or a 10-minute walk), and with the parking permit they provide, it is the perfect location. The spacious house had plenty of room for our large family group. We did have some problems with the linens when we arrived. Some sheets were soiled but were quickly replaced by the property management company. We also had problems with the washer dryer. The management company was responsive, but it seemed like appliances needed updating. Cabinets were falling off tracks and flimsy in the kitchen. But overall, these were minor annoyances in an overall amazing beach week vacation with family.

It was even better in real life.

We booked the house for a weekend Board retreat and the house was perfect for our group of 7. It was immaculate, well appointed and large enough to meet together comfortably, yet still offer everyone privacy. As a very picky all-women group, every one of us raved about the choice.
