Custom-Built In-Town Luxurious 6 Bedrm, 5.5 Bath, 7 mins Beach/Shops

This beautiful 3,000 sq. ft. custom design and built (in 2016) luxurious beach house is our 2nd home, not a year-round rental. It was designed by noted Ocean View, DE architect Greg Hastings and built with the vacationer's comfort and convenience in mind. This house offers 5 master suites plus one additional bedroom, accommodating 16 people (max. 16 adults and 4 have to be under 100 lbs in bunk bed room) in a roomy environment. Perfect location and only 7 min. walk to the Boardwalk and Rehoboth Ave. This magnificent home has 10' coffered ceilings on the 1st floor and 9' ceilings on the 2nd floor creating a very roomy environment. Lots of oversized windows for amazing natural light. The open floor plan will allow you to cook and simultaneously entertain and interact with family and guests. This spacious 2-story home offers all the modern conveniences for a luxurious vacation; a gourmet kitchen well-stocked with World Kitchen products and quality bakeware, Wolf 6-burner gas stovetop range/oven, 2 Bosch dishwashers, 2 refrigerators and U-Line wine/beverage cooler. Dual zone central AC & heating system with 8 ceiling fans throughout the house. The dining room area can accommodate 8-10 people with additional seating at the island and bistro table in the kitchen area. The house includes 6 TVs (Smart and Roku). Living room TV has expanded cable/HD channels. High speed WiFi is also provided.

Additional features to this home include a brand new propane grill, outdoor shower, and rear patio with seating overlooking a large yard, and a South-facing front porch with additional seating. There are 2 sets of washer and dryer for your use, private parking for 3 cars plus 2 parking permits ($650 value), and valet trash/recycle service.

This is a true vacation! This home will create and offer a lifetime of fun memories for you and your family.

Note: No booking fee, you are renting directly from owner. Host fee is cleaning fee. Please kindly bring your own linens, towels, paper products and all consumables. We shall provide pillows, fleece blankets and mattress pads. Bunk beds have a weight limit of 100 lbs. Please read ALL house rules before you make a booking. Any violations of outlined house rules can result in loss of damage deposit to canceled booking with no refund. Over the max. occupancy limit charge is $999/person.

We had an excellent vacation due to Amy being a very efficient and helpful host planning our stay and checking (and finding) items we forgot and returning them quickly!The house is very nice and layout well to accommodate the larger group sizes.Also, nice location to walk to beach.

Family Vacation

We had an amazing week at this beautiful home. It is very close to downtown and the beach. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was clearly labeled and the owner was very responsive. Overall 10/10 vacatoon and we would definitely stay at this home in the future!

Perfect vacation home for your big family!

House was immaculate, big open space on the first floor to accommodate the entire family gathering in the kitchen and living area, backyard for yard games with the kiddos, and beautiful front porch to relax on at the end of the night. Only a few blocks from the beach! Not a bad walk at all, just bring your beach wagon if you have little ones or lots of beach gear to haul…it was a lifesaver!

Friends Reunion with Kids!

Just the best, Amy was very communicative, the house was even bigger than we thought and though it is a slight walk to the beach with all our stuff it was closer and one straight shot and completely doable with a wagon! Town is so close we did not touch our car for six days. We will be booking again!

Perfect house for our family!

After renting other houses for past summers we have finally found a perfect rental for our family of 7 adults, and 4 grandchildren including a toddler. We loved the open layout, the multitude of bathrooms, the private backyard, and the great location. Walking to the beach, the playground, and into town was a breeze. As soon as everyone checks their calendars we’ll be booking for next year!

Great house!

This is a great house for a large family! We had 8 adults and 6 children and we had plenty of room. The house was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking a dinner in. The owner was quick to respond to any questions! Only 2 1/2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk! We had a great week!

Great Location

The location was great: an easy walk to town, the boardwalk and the beach. The house was as advertised. The kitchen was well-equipped, though laid out a bit awkwardly for multiple cooks. Having two dishwashers and two sets of washer-dryers was very helpful for our large group. Some of the beds were a bit soft, and you do have to be prepared to bring all supplies from soap to paper goods, but overall, a very good experience.

Great week with extended family at the beach!

This house was everything we needed for a week of fun and visiting. Very clean and beautifully set up. Lots of room to spread out. Close to the beach and boardwalk. A great porch for reading and chatting. Lots of TVs, though we hardly used them. Amy, the owner, was easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. Was great!

We absolutely loved it!

The 11 of us(6 adults & 5 children) hope to make this our yearly vacation home.The kitchen/familyroom combination was perfect with the oversized island with room to spare. The two dishwashers and two washer/dryers were an added bonus.The front porch was a bit for morning and evening relaxation. The backyard was great for playing.The number of bedrooms and bathrooms fit our needs and then some. It was an easy walk to beach each day and Rehoboth Avenue was also a short walk. Amy was extremely responsive to any questions and concerns.

Already planning for next year!

This property was perfect for our family of 15. The location was convenient to the beach and downtown (we didn’t use our cars all week!). If you’re considering a stay here, book now. You won’t regret it. The homeowner, Amy, was friendly, responsive and super helpful from the moment we booked our vacation. We truly felt at home all week - the house and kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, two washers and dryers!! and most of all this was the cleanest and best maintained home we have ever rented in Rehoboth! Thank you Amy! We’re already looking forward to another stay next summer.

Great location, beautiful house

We stayed at this house last week and have absolutely zero complaints. From the time before we booked we had questions, the owner was great with communicating at that point all through after checking out. We were three families with 6 kids 4 and under between us, the kids had PLENTY of room to run around and play both inside and outside. The house inside had a big beautiful kitchen well stocked with appliances, dinnerware, you name it. The attention to detail is something we all admired, and every room had plenty of space and big beds. And the location? Two blocks from the beach and Funland, can't beat that! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Amy for an amazing week!

Spacious house, nice kitchen, quiet neighborhood

Amy the host is very responsive. The house is beautiful, the super high ceilings give it an especially spacious feeling. The kitchen is great with two (!) dishwashers, huge gas cooktop, large island and lots of counter space. After a day at the beach the grandchildren could finish the day in the backyard catching fireflies. Parking is excellent, 3-4 vehicles will fit in the off street parking plus two street parking passes. It's 0.4 miles to the sand, with two young children to wrangle we rented a wagon to haul the beach accessories. My mother enjoyed strolling around the quiet neighborhood looking at the well kept houses and landscaping. Remember to bring or rent sheets and towels. If I had to find a negative, the pillows aren’t great, if you’re particular (like my mother) bring your own. We really enjoyed our stay, next time we can round up the entire family we will return.

Spacious clean home in a good location!

This was our family’s , 6 adults and 4 children, first time in Rehoboth Beach. This house was perfect for us. Close enough to the beach and boardwalk, so that our 3 and 4 year olds could easily walk. After a hot day on the beach, our air conditioned spacious home was a welcomed refuge. Our children enjoyed sleeping together in their bunk bed room that had blackout curtains and a bathroom with a bathtub.! I enjoyed drinking my coffee outside on the porch, while my granddaughters built magna tile castles and greeted everyone walking by our house. The driveway was long enough for our 3 cars, but having a parking pass which we could use for street parking was an added plus. More pluses… 2 dishwashers and 2 washer/ dryers! Overall, it was a wonderful week!

Great place.

The location is great. The yard was nice to sit in. The only problem was the grass cutting. We had to pick up all the chairs and toys for them to come cut grass either Thursday or Friday. We picked everything up on Thursday and of course they came on Friday. Just a small inconvenience for a great week. Owner is very responsive

Great house!

I rented this property for a get together with friends and family and let me tell you that this place is great for gatherings. The layout is conducive to groups as it’s an open layout. The house was very clean and modern. There are tons of restaurants and shops close by and I’d say the beach is a 10 min walk. This is def a place I’d come back to and I don’t say that about too many places!!

Property was beautiful, clean and in a fantastic location. Walking distance to downtown and just two blocks from the beach. Everything was well labeled and accessible. Host was great. I will definitely stay here again!

Laurel Street is one of the most beautiful streets in downtown Rehoboth Beach area. Our location is a perfect blend of actions and tranquility. You can walk (7 mins.) to shops/restaurants and beach without worrying about parking. Our long driveway provides ample parking for you and your family.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The South-facing sunny porch is a perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. St. Edmund's Catholic Church is just one block away from our house. Our block is the first non-metered parking block (in the Summer) closest to the beach. Once you park your cars, you do not have to move them for the whole week. You can easily walk to beach, shops and restaurants.
