Great!

The location was perfect- close to beach and several restaurants and shops, all a short walk away! Enjoyed the beach front balcony and the host was quick to respond every time. Check in process was easy and parking was never an issue!

The host double booked us and didn’t communicate this until we were 6 hours away. And, only when I asked for the door code did she disclose that she moved us. We had several conversations via the Vrbo chat-stating that we did not want to move to another area. We would definitely not recommend this host to anyone.

Absolutely wonderful!

Location was amazing. Very clean and peaceful. We really enjoyed the deck and being a simple walk to the pier.

Beautiful

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay and was super easy to communicate with the host! She was very sweet and was super responsive. I would recommend bringing your own blanket as the ones on the bed are thin but that’s the only recommendation I have! :)

Garden city stay

Great location, nice ocean view right next to public access. Family beach that is fairly crowded but we were there in July, so totally to be expected for the area! Recommended!

Great ocean front location

3 adults and 2 kids were very comfortable here. Couple minutes walk to GC pier / arcade. Easy check in / out. Host was very responsive to any questions. Thank you so much. Would stay here again.

Nice weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Owner was very responsive. We could not have asked for a better location directly overlooking the white sands of the beach. While some of the furniture was quite worn, it still met all of our needs. Beds were pretty comfortable. Nicely priced.

Weekend Getaway

Perfect place for a getaway. Condo had everything we needed. Owner was very responsive to any questions i had. Weather wasnt the greatest when we were there so having the covered balcony overlooking the beach was nice to hang out on. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Anniversary Get-away

This fit our needs perfectly. The balcony looking onto the beach was great for our morning coffee. We walked the beach each day. Kiley was very responsive when we reached out - which was only once or twice. Definitely recommend staying here.

Mini vacation.

Excellent location right ON the beach. The building is older but has been maintained well. The condo was clean and as described. Coffee maker did not work :( Would stay here again.

Perfect location!

My family had a wonderful time staying in this condo. We had everything we needed and communication was easy and responses were very quick. The beds were comfortable and the pressure in the showers was really good. The best part was the fact that this location is literally steps to the beach and the porch was perfect for watching the sunrise and looking out onto the ocean. The location is close to the pier where we listened to live music and Sam’s Corner where we ate and Drippy’s ice cream. We will definitely book this condo again!

Quaint and quiet

We stayed in apt 201. We’re older and you have to walk up steps( there isn’t an elevator but most of the places there do not have elevators) very quiet neighborhood very peaceful. Accommodations were ok. It just needs some TLC. Loved the porch and the views of the ocean. Very affordable for ocean front. Keira was very nice and was very prompt to answer whenever I had a question

The building shown is not the building we were in. When we walked in the floor was sandy and dirty,the the towels were still wet, the toilet was broken. The host said she would send someone to clean and mop and fix toilet. This should have been done before we got there. My wife swept and vacuumed i fixed toilet. The next two days the dog next door barked all the time! Our final morning a alarm went off on door at 4:30am couldnt turn off so we just left about 5:30. No trash bags in cans, no paper towels, plus soft hole in floor.I would not stay again! Needs to be cleaned and updated!
