Wonderful small house!

Such a cute, cute little home for the two of us, but plenty of room for 6 to sleep. Seems to be newly renovated with every corner updated. Kitchen was well equipped. Great Lake views from bedroom and deck. It has a boat slip, ramp and trailer parking. Plenty of level parking. We also enjoyed the large dock with chairs, swings and picnic table in a quiet cove great for swimming, kayaking and fishing. Also, has a large common area with friendly neighbors. We will be back!

PERFECT 2 MAN SET UP

I recently stayed for the Bassmaster Open on LOTO. What a beautiful lake and an excellent location for what we needed to do. The boat slip made for easy access to the lake daily, and the proximity to PBR2 was close enough that one of us went by boat the morning of the tournament, and one of us drove 5 min to the launch. While the location would work for three boats and trucks, two worked nicely. The beds were cozy, and the kitchen had all I needed to cook nightly. This is a good spot, men book it with confidence! The creek is target-rich and has fish in it! Matt, the owner, and Judy onsite made all communications swift and pleasurable. They were excellent hosts. 10 out of 10 would book here again!

Nicely Updated House

Really nice house with a great location. Its been recently updated, and they did a nice job. Only drawback is the air conditioner is far too small for the house. It only cooled the room it was located in, leaving the two bedrooms overwhelmingly hot. This could be easily solved with a window unit back there. The house had a wireless router, but it wasnt connected to the internet. The internet is shared via wireless router from the neighboring property, which was serviceable but less than ideal. If they put a window unit in the back bedroom I'd definitely stay here again.

Sorry to hear about the air issue in the back bedroom. The mini-split air system was installed two years old and is more cooling than suggested based upon square footage. There is an inside the wall, manufacturer brand, dealer Installed fan that pulls the air from the main unit into the bedroom. Renter must not have found the wall switch directly below the fan. Most people tell us the bedroom is refrigerator cold. I have contacted an IT person with suggestions on Internet improvement.

Cozy stay

Fantastic stay for 4 days. Very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Its Cozy, but had plenty of room to put our things away and enjoyed our stay. Will be returning.
