Perfect Getaway

The island Vice retreat was the perfect location for my colleagues and I to both commute to our meetings, as well as enjoy the solitude of the retreat.

Beautiful House Near Christiansted

This house was beautiful, clean, and close to Christiansted. Our group of 5 adults enjoyed our stay, had enough private and felt completely safe being in a gated neighborhood. We will book again.

Very Nice!

The owner was very responsive and the rooms were very clean with nice AC. It is a neat property with a fun layout and a roof deck that you can see the ocean from.

Great place!!!

Great house in a great location. The house is truly one of a kind. The open floor plan is during the day an evenings to sleep and host guests. It's in a gated community. parking and yard is spacious as well. We'll be renting again in the future and recommending others.

Don’t pass up a chance to vacation on style!

We arrived to a spotless property, nearly exactly as was pictured. We settled in and explored the home, enjoying the coolness of the bedrooms and the spaciousness of the home. Everything you could imagine was available to use, as well as fresh fruit, snacks, and a bottle of wine.When we lost power one evening, the automatic generator surprised us by coming on immediately - ensuring that we were comfortable.Contacting Sandra and Joe on their cells was easy when we had questions. They returned both calls and texts quickly and expertly. There were no tasks we were expected to do for 10 days! They have someone come in to gather the trash for trash day! Laundry facilities are large and well-stocked, to include clothespins and laundry baskets!We already plan to return SOON! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

Amazing experience in St Croix

I cannot say enough about the stay at Sandra’s accommodations. It was clean, comfortable and unique. Sandra responded to any issues we had promptly and got everything cleared up asap. I honestly do not have anything bad to say. The view of the property was beautiful and it was centrally located to just about everything we had planned. I would absolutely rebook this listing again.

Beautiful Villa

This was an amazing experience! This was our second time in St Croix. We loved the house! The pictures doesn't do it justice. We will definitely rent this house again. Sandra was always available with any concerns I had. Nico her maintenance guy was available for anything we needed. If you have the opportunity to stay at this house, please do! You will not be disappointed. Thank you Sandra and Nico for everything!

Fabulous! 5 Stars!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! My husband and I live on island and had family come into town so we wanted a great place to stay with them so we would each have our own space. The layout was perfect! It really felt like we were home. We spent the majority of our time playing games and doing puzzles under the pergola - it was just perfect hearing the waves and feeling the cool ocean breezes into the night. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment (we like to cook) and the fresh papaya and star fruit were delicious. Sandra was great- she responded quickly and was easy to connect with throughout our stay. We really appreciated her working with us for a last minute delayed check out. We can't wait to stay there again. The upper deck was also fantastic and had gorgeous sunrise and sunset viewing. The house is located at the end of the road so it was quiet and private. Thank you again for a great week of memories Sandra!

False Advertising- Pictures NOT accurate

I do NOT like to leave negative reviews but potential renters need to know about the AGED home. The pictures definitely do not reflect the inside of the home looks like. House is majorly aged- The SMELL is overwhelming in every closed off room. Upon arrival, we turned on every AC unit in each room to see if they work- IF they do, does not blow out cold air. Master AC did not work at all. The queen bedroom smelled of mold including the linens. Master bedroom linens also smelled. We checked in and checked out within an hour booking a hotel instead. I traveled a LONG way to be very disappointed. You need to have current pictures made without any HD edits. Furniture in bedrooms need to be replaced as well, a lot of damages on tables and dressers. No dresser at all in the queen room.

St Croix Getaway

Great layout for an extended family group. Bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and TV offer private space and alone-time, when needed; while the spacious courtyard, formal well-furnished dining/living rooms, and large kitchen allow ample room and opportunity for group conversation, dining, cooking, and relaxation. Very quiet neighborhood and a perfect place to experience the great St Croix weather with it's brief (mostly early morning) rain showers, clear, sunny days, and cooling breezes. We loved relaxing in lounge chairs, listening to the sound of waves crashing against the shore, and watching the occasional white-tailed deer, iguana, or mongoose searching for food on the edges of the property. Having an open-air patio in the middle of the living area does require some mental adjustments though: like not leaving out items that may get wet with the next shower or locking all "indoor" doors before leaving the house. To my mind, all well worth it for the other benefits. Our stay was for 15 nights. Had a great time. Was impressed with our host and her staff who were very accommodating and responsive to our inquiries. Definitely a place to stay if you have a relatively large group!

This place has BED BUGS, Sandra Walter refuses to believe after I sent pictures and videos!

My daughter got bit by bed bugs, when I reached out to the host Sandra Walter the next day to inform her, she sent a pest control person to come in inspect. He stated he did not find anything, I sent Sandra pictures and videos of the bed bugs and she refused to believe it, stating that the beds are new. I suggested she come look for herself to see the bed bugs, and she stopped communicating. The beds being new, does not mean you can’t get bed bugs! I was not even concerned with the roaches I sent her pictures of as well. My main concern were the bed bugs in the first room my kids were in. Sandra needs to do better with customer service, if a customer has an concern it should be handled entirely, not just “enjoy the rest of your stay” I did not fly 11 hours to pay $1400.00 for 4 nights to sleep with bed bugs, what a horrible host!!

Very Nice

I rented this place for my mom’s 80th birthday. Great place close to beach. Very different layout. When you enter the house you enter the courtyard and each room is off the courtyard with a bathroom. Kitchen and living area opposite side of the bedrooms. TV and AC unit in each room. Great so each room can control their temperature. Perfect for me because I like it cold. AC worked great in my room. I stayed in the twin bedroom. Twin beds are very firm. My mom stayed in the master bed and really liked her room. Mattress in the master was nice and soft. Overall the place was clean. My bathroom had traces of hair and I’m very picky though I know it’s difficult to get rid of all traces of hair. But it was definitely cleaner than some hotels. Water pressure a little weak but good enough to shower. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook. Dining and living areas nice. We mostly used the courtyard instead of living area. Would be nice to have a TV either in the courtyard or living area so family could watch together. Love the sound of the waves. Slight view of the ocean. Beach is in walking distance. Overall nice place I will stay again. Property manager was friendly and responsive to a couple minor needs like batteries. Otherwise there was nothing that was missing that we needed. Everything there and convenient. Property manager left my mom a birthday sign. My mom was happy to see it! Enjoyed the stay!
