Good Times Upstairs Duplex

La unidad A de Good Times Upstairs, ubicada en 303 Highland Avenue en Bradenton Beach, es una unidad tranquila de dos dormitorios y dos baños con una amplia sala de estar, una gran cocina europea de diseño abierto y una terraza abierta muy espaciosa. A solo una cuadra muy corta de la playa, la unidad ofrece lo último en comodidad. Camine hasta la playa o vaya de compras: es posible que ni siquiera sea necesario un automóvil. Relájese por las tardes en la gran terraza abierta con vista al Golfo. Ligeras vistas a la bahía se ofrecen desde cada habitación.

Esta unidad duerme cuatro con una cama queen size y una cama nido. Se acaba de renovar y cuenta con pisos de madera, acceso inalámbrico a Internet de alta velocidad con cable expandido y llamadas de larga distancia domésticas gratuitas, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y estéreo. Una lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo y una parrilla de gas están en el sitio para su uso.

Hay un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 "en la sala de estar, así como un televisor de 20" en la sala de estar con un VCR.

Good Times A se puede alquilar junto con la Unidad B en la planta baja para grupos de hasta ocho. Alquile ambos y reciba un 10% de descuento.

Vacation!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience staying here. The property was clean and well maintained. We could see the Gulf from the house, which was also literally across the street from us. It is in a great location making it easy to walk to many local attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Unit was extremely clean and organized. Great location. Easy access to both the ocean and Bridge Street. The accommodation is an upstairs unit. There were guests below us during our stay. It wasn’t an issue at all. We never heard them and never felt cramped. We had a perfect stay.

Great location

Great location. We were within easy walking distance to Bridge Street for access to many restaurants. We had easy access on and off the island. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfortable.

Great Place to Stay

The unit is very spacious and nicely appointed and updated. It's close to everything you need and is a quiet neighborhood. It was a short 2 block walk to a beautiful uncrowded beach. Highly recommended for a enjoyable stay on Anna Maria.

Lives up to its name!

Great location, the rental was perfect for myself and two teens. Short walk to the beach and local shopping and restaurants. Very well maintained and we all loved sitting on the deck enjoying the breeze and sunsets! Thanks for a wonderful stay and I’d recommend this property to anyone :)

Perfect spot for our small family

The location and layout of this condo was perfect for our family. Close to it all but still in a quiet neighborhood. Condo was clean and ready for us. Communication with management was prompt and responsive. Definitely recommend this place!

Beach Vacation

Great location! Block away from the beach, and easy walk to bridge street. Close to everything, but still nice and private. On the top floor you can see the gulf from the front deck and windows, and the intracoastal and boats on the rear deck and windows. Plenty of space for our family of 5 with the pull out bed. We would certainly stay here again!

Great location

The location was outstanding, 3 blocks from Bridge Street and 2 blocks from the beach. There was a public Pickle Ball court and a children's play area across the street. Everything was very accessible and the local Police dept was a few houses down so no concerns, area was very safe and enjoyable. We would definitely consider booking again in the future.

The property is in an ideal location for the beach, restaurants, and shopping- everything is just a few steps away. The property itself is well maintained and stocked, with nice areas to hang out together as a family or separately to have some down time. Beach towels, beach chairs and a beach wagon are all provided. The biggest issue you'll have staying here is that you won't want to leave!

Liked having the covered patio with tile floor, great views from up there if you like to see the Gulf, birds, people. The rental had everything you need to cook a meal, but shops, restaurants or the beach are just a very short walk away or take a free golf cart shuttle. Probably not on everyone’s list, but this place has great water pressure in the showers. Great sunset views. Highly recommend!

Not only were there chairs but a wagon to carry all the gear to the beach ( which was a short walk away). The duplex was clean and comfy. We had an issue with the tub draining slowly, a quick call and maintenance showed up and cleared the drain and we were good to go. We would definitely choose this property again. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect for Us

We stayed on the top floor and enjoyed the porch every day and all times of each day. It gets a great breeze and is so peaceful. The location of the property was ideal for us - an easy, short walk to a beautiful uncrowded beach, fun restaurants, and cute shops - and a great location when we needed to drive places as well. We had teens, a grandmother, and 50 somethings - and this property was great for all of us. The unit's floor plan is great - lots of space for our group to be together, and additional space for alone time. The kitchen was well stocked, the washer and dryer worked beautifully, the beds were comfortable, and there was great water pressure in the showers. We also appreciated the beach chairs and wagon - so helpful for the beach. We had to make one call to property management for a small item when we arrived - the management team was super friendly and helpful and they delivered it immediately. The management team was also fantastic when we called before our trip too. This was such a great vacation, and we really enjoyed our time at this wonderful home. If you have an elderly vacationer, you will want to make sure that he/she is OK with steps (there are rails) and can step into a tub to bathe (all things that you would consider anyway). If you have a teen, be prepared for him/her to thoroughly enjoy the couches, balcony, and proximity to the beach and shops.
