Perfectly positioned just steps from the beach, this coastal retreat offers sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, marsh, and tidal creek, creating an ideal setting for a relaxed and memorable beach getaway.

As the upstairs residence, Thompson Up features elevated porches on both the ocean and creek sides, giving guests multiple places to enjoy the surrounding scenery. The front porch is a favorite spot to watch the sunrise over the ocean and listen to the waves, while the screened creekside porch provides a peaceful setting for evening relaxation, fishing, or crabbing from the shared dock below.

Inside, the home maintains a comfortable, traditional beach cottage feel with an open living area designed for gathering and easy coastal living. It offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it well-suited for families or small groups.

Please note, the home is cooled with window A/C units only. There is a window unit in the living room, which is not central air, as well as window A/C units in each of the bedrooms.

The bedroom layout includes three bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed.

A shared washer and dryer is located on the ground level for guest convenience. The home is non-smoking and does not allow pets.
