Fully remodeled, sitting on the south side of the St. Joe River in Mendon. Breathtaking views, Great swimming, excellent fishing, Awesome river for tubing down with friends and/or just a quite place to read a book on the riverside porch enjoying the beautiful views.
Minutes away from the historic Langley Covered Bridge. The Langley Covered Bridge is the longest remaining wooden covered bridge in Michigan, built-in 1887.
Not far from bars and restaurants. Downtown Mendon with 2 bars/restaurants is 10 minutes by car, and 40 minutes by boat. Cowboy Up a local country line dancing and restaurant is 7 minutes away.
There are 3 golf courses within 9 miles of this location; St Joe Valley Golf Club, Island Hills Golf Course, and Sauganash Country Club.
This property has been newly remodeled with a full kitchen, open floor plan and huge porch on the water side with spectacular views. Enjoy riverside wireless internet
This is the place to make new memories or sit back and reflect on old ones. There are 2 kayaks with life vests on site to use; we do caution this river does have stumps in the water in places. If you are not familiar I would not bring your own boat, feel free to reach out for more details if need be.
We do offer pre-arranged pontoon boat rides to downtown Mendon for dinner or just to see the river and/or sunset cruises to the covered bridge for a fee; please reach out for more details. We look forward to having you feel right at home and enjoying your time here.
