This centrally-located home is perfect for a family or a friends get-away! It's conveniently located within walking distance to 12 Corners and minutes to downtown or close to many of our wonderful golf courses. The house is fully equipped for entertaining with a stocked kitchen and great room with double sliding glass doors out to the pool area with lounge chairs, table for eating and a grill. You can enjoy kicking around a ball on the grassy area or sunbathing in the private fenced yard. The pool is open June - September (weather dependent). The house is within walking distance to 12 Corners and Brighton Commons. By car, you can get anywhere within 20 minutes of Rochester and the surrounding suburbs. Take a drive to the lake and enjoy an ice cream at the pier or head downtown for the cocktail and food scene. Catch a show at Geva Theater or listen to the RPO at Eastman Theater. Java Joe's makes a great handmade chai latte. If it's nature you're craving check out Corbett's Glen where you can listen to the sound of waterfalls and take a hike. Ride a bike or take a run to Cobb's Hill and see the great city views at the top of the reservoir.
