There is an elevator that makes it very easy to get to the top floor.

There is an air conditioner/heater in the living room and the bedroom. Wall mounted flat screen TVs are in both living room and bedroom.

Cable and free WiFi are provided.

There is a full size kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Bed linens, bath towels, extra pillows and blankets are provided.

The kitchen is supplied with dishes, pots/pans, and a coffee maker. Ocean Dunes provides luggage carts for loading and unloading and there is a ramp and elevator.

A coin laundry room is located on each floor. Bike racks are located near the entrance.
The villa is smoke free including the balcony.
Renters are NOT allowed to have pets.
Owners ONLY are allowed to have pets.

Ocean Dunes is located between Coligny Circle and Sea Pines and is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and is along one of many walking/biking trails on the island.

Ocean Dunes is nestled between two high end resorts offering an outside cabana, grills, and games for our use as well! Beautiful 3rd floor unit with a great ocean, pool and garden view! Only steps to the beach and one of the closest properties to the beach! Hang out on the balcony and enjoy the view or head down the path and find yourself on one of the best beaches in the US!

What is provided:

We provide 1 towel and wash cloth per guest listed in the reservation; if this is not enough please bring your own.

We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels per reservation. Please bring extra if this is not enough.

Daily maid service is not provided

If you enjoy being steps from the beach, watching beautiful sunrises, the ocean, and dolphins from the balcony, and being a few minutes walk away from Coligny, then you will enjoy this condo! Beach was busy but plenty of room, perfect for games. Half mile walk to Pool Bar Jim's, Tiki Hut, Coligny. Bed was incrediby soft and we loved it, but bedroom doors do not lock and hallway door does not close. 6 year old son enjoyed the bunk beds, and shower water pressure was incredible. Would stay again and would recommend.

Perfect location. We took our bikes and found it very easy to get on the many trails from the complex. Easy walk to the beach. Awesome view! Already booked for next year!

Trip to Hilton Head

Great one bedroom ocean front Condo. On third floor with straight one view of the ocean.Bad, there is no dresser or chest of drawers, you have to live out of your suitcase.I would take the extremely small built in bunk beds out and put a dresser and chest of drawers there.

Wonderful stay!

We had an excellent experience staying at this property. It’s in a great location, the kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were cozy. We enjoyed being so close to the beach, a very clean coin wash on the floor, and having a pool on the property. We really appreciated the family friendly atmosphere and how close it was to shops and restaurants. The host was great to communicate with. I have already recommended this property to a friend and will continue to share with others!

Property was very clean. All the furniture in the unit looked and felt new, kitchen was perfect for our needs. Property felt safe and was in a perfect area for traveling with a family. Definitely would recommend the property. Host was awesome, and the check in process was very easy.

Great Views! Very walkable location

Overall had a great stay! The location was. INCREDIBLE! So nice to open the patio doors and have a beautiful ocean view that’s easily accessible! The place was clean and Alicia was always reachable by text.Giving it 4 stars because there are some improvements that could be made. The couch- barely able to sit in you would just sink to the middle. No welcome book- really small detail but always love having a few local recommendations and check out/ Wi-Fi details in one spot. Lastly, it has only the essentials: no beach towels, limited TP, no bar soap holder - just a few improvements that would make a bug

Relaxing paradise

My husband and I took our first ever trip to HHI and stayed at this property. It was the perfect place to stay! The view of the ocean from the deck was second to none! We loved it in the morning when we’d see the dolphins swim by, as well as the evening when we wanted to kick back and relax. It suited our party of two perfectly. It’s an easy walk to bars and restaurants and the beach was so nice for lots of walking. The pool was refreshing and never super busy. All communications with Alicia went well. We highly recommend this condo. We had everything we needed. We’ll be back!

My husband and I had a great visit. We have been to HH many times but this condo was the best so far. Great ocean views and perfect location. The condo could use a new couch and fix the screen door. But other than that the rest was great! Would stay again!!

Great little condo

This was a great little condo with everything you need to have an enjoyable stay in Hilton Head. Wife and I enjoyed watching the sunrise from balcony and just a few steps to the beach. Heated pool for variety. Convenient walking/riding distance to shopping.

Sofa and water

The sofa was so, so bad. It was broken down and lumpy to try to sit on. Very dirty and stained. Water out of tap and ice was so fishy we couldn’t use it. I am allergic to all fish, so was afraid to use it. Had to use bottled water all week. Needs filters.

Great spot for a getaway

We love staying at Ocean Dunes and Alicia is an amazing host. The location is great, very safe and well maintained. the condo has been recently remodeled with excellent finishes. Everything is very clean well maintained.
