Welcome to the Golfside Getaway! located on the 3rd tee of The Spruce Golf Course at the Grand Traverse Resort. A modern yet comfortable 2-bedroom retreat. Enjoy panoramic views from your private balcony and explore nearby world-class wineries and beaches. With easy access to the golf course and the beauty of Lake Michigan nearby, this is your gateway to a relaxing yet adventure-filled escape.

Comfortable Living:
Experience a blend of comfort and style in our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with a welcoming loft. The main floor features a spacious great room with vaulted ceilings, offering ample natural light. A private balcony provides serene views of the golf course.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Unleash your culinary skills in our well-appointed kitchen equipped with full-size major appliances. Cozy up at the countertop for a meal with space for cards/games afterward. Coffee station with an assortment of coffees/teas available.

Flexible Sleeping Arrangements:
Golfside Getaway comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The main floor hosts a primary bedroom with a desk area for a quiet workspace and a private doorway to the balcony. The upper floor features a second bedroom with a queen bed; for additional sleeping arrangements, an air mattress with linens is available.

Entertainment and Connectivity:
Stay connected with WiFi and enjoy entertainment on the three HDTVs placed throughout the condo. Log in to your favorite streaming services or connect the old-fashioned way with available cards and board games.

Everything about our stay was great! The property was clean and organized when we arrived and was very comfortable all around. The check-in/check-out instructions were very thorough and clear making the entire process a breeze. Lastly, communication with Lindsay was very fast and she was extremely flexible with some unexpected speed bumps with our checkout timeline. Book with confidence!

This is an amazing condo! We stayed here for an education conference. It was super close to the Grand Traverse resort and we were able to walk. The condo was decorated super cute. We did have difficulty getting into the unit as the passcode would not work. We were able to get in as soon as we made contact with the owner. Overall a great stay and would stay again.

Perfect Spot!

5/5! The condo was perfect! Cozy beds, cute decor and clean as could be. We especially loved the record player with vinyl collection, and the bowl of kinetic sand. Both made for a very relaxing end to the days spent in a conference at the nearby resort. I reached out a couple times (no issues - just curious about where to purchase the sand and an adorable vase in the kitchen), and Lyndsay responded quickly and was so sweet. Would definitely stay again for work, a girls trip, or a couples' weekend away. Thank you for having us!

If you want an easy review I have this for ya! “My stay at the Golfside Getaway was fantastic! The space was incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful and fun decorations that added a unique charm to the experience. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, especially the golf course. Lyndsay and Taylor were wonderful hosts, ensuring every detail was spot on. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!”

Nice space

Condo had nice space. Great in so many ways! Bed in loft was wobbly and tap water smells like sulfur. We did not sleep well but enjoyed the rest.

Great Condo

Great place although being on the third floor wasn’t in the listing, and a lot of stairs for us. Cannot really see the golf course due to the large tree outside the balcony, but inside is very nice!

Great place to stay!

This condo is adorable! Super cozy feel with extra touches like essential oils and a diffuser, a record player w/albums, quality bedding and sheets, and a small office space space to work. Conveniently located just outside of TC, where there is much less traffic. We spent a lot of time in the cute little town of Elk Rapids and it was a really short drive. Loved this location and would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful

Excellent 2 bedroom townhome just outside of Traverse City in a beautiful setting. Cozy family room with a complete kitchen that allows you to settle in and cook there instead of going out of you choose. Plenty of storage and even a washer/dryer if needed. Easy on site parking. Quiet and secure building.

Horse Show Stay

This unit is a gem! 2.3 miles to Flintfield Horse Park. My daughter and I had a great time. The house was clean and decorated beautifully. Lyndsay was a fantastic host. We will definitely stay here again when we come up to horse show.
