Great location and Great Condo

The condo was so well laid out it worked excellent for our four groups. We had 6 adults and 5 kids and we had plenty of room and still were not on top Of each other. The kitchen was great for our big meals and the location was just short walk to the beach. We will definitely visit again.

Enjoyed our first time in the Emerald Coast and could not have picked a better location for our family of 6. Location is perfect and the walk is a short distance to the beach. The house was clean, just enough room for everyone, and matched the description online. The beach amenities were more than I could have asked- toys, chairs, body boards, wagon, etc. Communication with the host from time of booking up to check-in was smooth and they answered in a timely manner. Only thing I disliked was the construction and traffic on the way to the beach (not the properties fault). Just be prepared as there wasn’t a sidewalk until you get to the main street in front of the beach. Will definitely be planning another trip and staying here again.

The house was in a nice location from the beach. Did not have any issues with getting into the house and while we stayed.

Great location — very close to the beach. The house itself needs better cleaning. I found a used face towel in the bathroom, some odor, hair in the bedroom, and an unclean refrigerator. Supplies were limited (very little toilet paper and only a small soap), so bring your own toiletries and kitchen cleaning items. Also be aware there are two staircases of about 20 steps that imaybe a challenge for some. Excellent location, but cleanliness needs attention.

Amazing stay

Perfect townhome for our annual vacation with my niece and nephews. This house fit 7 of us perfect with more room if needed. House is just a straight away side of a football field to the beach. Not terrible at all. Water was perfect right there and a restaurant on the beach was the icing of the cake. Property was super clean. If I had to list a con, it would be that the first and second floor was perfect in staying cool, but the 3rd floor bedrooms were on the warmer side which made it hard to sleep some. But over all a 9.5 out of 10!
