This beautiful beach house is located in the Tradewinds neighborhood and is just a short distance from the best beach on Sanibel. The house features an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has been recently updated and is move-in ready, with many upgrades including a pool, deck, cage, hardwood floors, metal roof, kitchen, and bath remodel.
The indoor-outdoor living is seamless here, with sliding glass doors that lead to an expansive screened-in deck. You can enjoy the tranquility of coastal living while still having the convenience of modern amenities. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful location, this is the perfect place for you!
28 Night Minimum Stay.
Want to bring your furry friend? This home is dog friendly with owner approval. Please inquire if you plan to bring your pet. Additional pet fee is required.
**Owner does have two security cameras. One facing the driveway and the other facing the storage locker from the deck**.

Tahiti Dr. and Jamaica Dr. run south from SanCap Road to Tradewinds Drive which runs parallel to the beach.
