This two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps up to six guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed and opens up to your private gulf-front balcony. A comfy, queen size bed in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room means the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominium remains popular with beach lovers thanks to its huge private beach the area's largest and family-friendliest amenities. When you're not body surfing in the waves or speeding along on a waverunner, you can splash with the kids in the "Splash Zone" relax in the beachfront pool and hot tubs, grab a cool, tropical drink at the beachfront bar and grill and finish the day with an ice cream or pizza from the Corner Market!

Boardwalk PCB Review

Nice location. Property needs some major updates. Kitchen was nicely stocked but needs updated. Master bathroom toilet kept running. Balcony furniture was the worst of any place I have been. We love to sit on the balcony. Mattresses also uncomfortable. The whole property really needed updated. Not sure I would return there.

Great beach front condo!

We had a great week here! The condo was very nice and spacious for our family of 3 and my in-laws. The view off the balcony was very pretty, we spent a lot of time out there. The pool was a great addition too, my 8yr old son loved it. We was there morning, noon, and night. The whole place in general is very well taken care of and the staff were very nice. Would definitely come back!

Best Location in PCB!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My Family and I have been vacationing at PCB for 14+ years. We have always stayed on front beach road. It’s a bit chaotic and traffic can be a headache. So we decided to try this location in hopes of a more family friendly experience. The location is perfect! 4 minutes from Walmart! They still offer the parasailing, banana boat, and wave runners. You can rent chairs w/ an umbrella on the beach as well. The condo staff were extremely helpful! Everyone is so nice. The room has a beautiful view of the ocean and plenty of chairs to enjoy your coffee on the balcony. The room was spacious and very well decorated. Checking in was easy peasy! No hassle with having to visit a front desk. We never waited more than 1 minute for an elevator and the pool was phenomenal. The only complaint I have is the beds. The spring mattresses are very outdated and not comfortable. It was difficult to get a good nights rest. Otherwise we will absolutely be returning!

Perfect condo, perfect location!!

It was amazing. The condo is exactly as pictured. The check in/ check out process was so easy. If I had to find a fault, I would say be prepared to go out and get toilet paper. There was only 1 roll per bathroom. Walmart was so close that it wasn’t even an issue. There are so many things to do besides the beach. The location was prime. The pool was very nice and clean. The staff was so friendly. Seriously do not hesitate, this is a great place to stay.

A beach getaway

The property and the condo were amazing. Excellent views from the condo. The place is clean and safe. Location was great, close to Wal Mart and lots of restaurants. The whole experience got me wanting to sell my home and move to Panama City, Florida. No tents, trash or graffiti. We could park and the car remained untouched meaning no break ins.

Beautiful condo and wonderful loocation

My husband and I had a wonderful time. This condo is lovely, well decorated, and in a fantastic location. The views of the ocean from the master are magnificent. We will definitely go back!

Great Place to Stay

This was a great complex to stay in and was super ideal for children. The pool was heated and also had a kids splash pad. We had a problem with our air conditioner freezing up before we got there and the maintenance was super quick to get to us and fix the problem. The pull out couch wasn’t comfortable, but luckily it was a child sleeping on it who wasn’t picky about his bed. The view from the balcony was great as well. I love this area of the beach too. We normally stay more centrally in PCB, but with our stay being during Spring Break, it was so nice not to be in the middle of the chaos.

Will be returning to this Condo!

We enjoy staying at the Boardwalk when we visit PCB and this condo is my favorite so far. It's spacious and homie feel allowed our family of 4 to really enjoy our week long stay in comfort. Looking forward to many more visits.

Favorite condo in PC!

We absolutely LOVED this condo! It’s beautifully decorated, spacious, has everything you need, and the view from the master bedroom is AMAZING! We will definitely be booking this condo again next summer!

Nice condo but door code expired an hour before checkout

The place was really nice and convenient. The beds felt like we were sleeping on pizza boxes but worked for the two nights. Overall the condo was spacious and exactly what we needed. Loved the pool area and the bar. Access to the beach was easy and convenient. I would stay again. However, e-mails said check out was 10am. We walked the beach the morning before we left and came back 5 minutes after 9am to grab our things that were packed and ready to go. I put in the door code only to be denied access. Had to call and get transferred twice to get back inside. Do not specify a time for checkout if it’s actually earlier than listed. I was panicking, standing outside the door with my 5 month old son. Not knowing if we could get inside for our things. Elevators were fine the first day or two but checkout day, we waited 20 minutes for an elevator to go down with the cart because only 2 of the 5 were actually working and each time the elevators were crowded.

Quick get away for spring break

Lovely property. Poor communication with property management. My washer and dryer didn't work the whole time, which would have been nice to know before I bought laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Other than that the property has lots of security which is nice, 2 pools and the perfect beach bar. I would 100% stay here again.

Fabulous

The condo was wonderful and the location was perfect. Note to owner: the exhaust fan in the master bath needs a new switch and one of the beach chairs needs replacing as one of the arms was bent at 30-40 degrees and you kind of fall into it.

Great location

My Best friend, sister, my daughter and Myself came for a weekend getaway. We had a blast. The room was very clean and decorated very nice. It was the perfect size for us. The view from the Master Bedroom was Breath taking. The location was perfect. Away from the spring break crowd. The check in process was a breeze.
