Regarding the limited paper products, the check-in instructions sent to you on July 12 thoroughly outlined what would be provided upon arrival, including starter supplies. Additionally, the instructions included detailed information about local grocery stores to help guests plan their stay, contrary to your note about not receiving such information. I also wanted to clarify that a lobster pot and crackers are not listed as part of our amenities. However, when you mentioned needing them, I made a special trip to the store to provide those items to ensure your stay was as enjoyable as possible. When housekeeping completed their work early, I promptly informed you so you could check in ahead of time. On the day of your departure, we moved our personal vehicle to accommodate your second car and allowed you extra space to pack your belongings, which we were happy to do. Moreover, we assisted you in finding an additional parking space nearby at a minimal cost, as the unit only includes one designated spot. I encourage you to review the check-in emails for future reference to ensure you have a clear understanding of what’s included.
