Welcome to this coastal retreat with a serene atmosphere on 30A. We are loacated just minutes from Seaside, Watersound, and Alys Beach, The Town of Prominence is located between all the best of 30A! This fabulous property features 3 bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and two twin beds. With 2.5 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and showers, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings, modern amenities and stylish interior with attention to every detail with upscale linens and Smart TV's. We hope you enjoy what our place and has to offer.
Our home is equipped with a 2024 6 Seater Electric Golf Cart (must be 25 to drive), beach toys, beach chairs, a backpack cooler, 4 bikes, and some beach toys. We have a stash of games to play under the TV in the living room. Our kitchen is most everything you could need and we keep a large variety of spices for cooking to make your trip easier. We have a coffee pot that can make the Kuerig one cups or make a complete pot of coffee. Our house has plenty of beach towels and some beach toys for your use.
We are located in Prominence and we have 2 pools available, their is a grilling station by the pool for your use. Also the area know at "The Chill' is on the property with tons of food options, daily activities from yoga to kids activities and toms of food choices and shopping. Also try out Viva Massage located in "The Chill" for an amazing massage. Here is the link for all "The Chill" has to over on the property, (https://thebigchill.com)
"Up by Dune on 30A" provides a comfortable and luxurious stay. Whether you're looking to relax by the pool, hang out on the beach, explore the nearby hiking trails, or enjoy time at The Big Chill. "Up by Dune on 30A" is the perfect destination for your next vacation!!

My wife in I live in NW Arkansas a few miles from the Walmart home office and the University of Arkansas. I love golfing whenever I have a chance and we love travelling especially the beach on 30A and the Carribean.

Our neighborhood is less than 10 years old and has many amenities to make your stay amazing from young to old. It has 2 amazing pools and we are in Prominence which includes the shopping, dining, and many activities in the outdoor area with plenty of chairs a big screen and a stage for the kids activities and yoga for the adults.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
We travel alot and we want to make sure the beds are as comfortable as they can be and you have many of the necessities provided for your trip. Our 6 seater electric golf cart is now a year old but look like new which give you fun transportation to shopping and the beach. Many of our guests have wanted to know where we got our beds and matresses and even wanted to know what the scents were in the house to keep it smelling so good. We are available and respond quickly to any questions or needs that you may have while on your visit.
